Bring your wash and dry essentials together with the Optimum Wash and Dry + Shampoo Package. Combining Optimum Car Wash Shampoo with Maxshine washing and drying accessories, two detailing buckets and matching Dirt Lock inserts, this bundle gives you a practical setup for your next car wash.

A Two-Bucket Wash Setup

Keep your shampoo solution and rinse water separate with blue and black detailing buckets. Use the wash mitt to clean each section, rinse it in your dedicated rinse bucket, then finish with the large Maxshine Vortex microfibre drying towel.

Choose Your Bucket Size

Select 13 L or 20 L buckets to suit your washing setup. Both options include one blue bucket and one black bucket, with matching Dirt Lock inserts.

Shampoo Dilution - Bucket Washing

Standard mix: Add 15 mL of shampoo per 4 L of water.
10 L of water: Use approximately 37.5 mL of shampoo for the standard mix, or up to 50 mL for a stronger mix.
Measuring tip: Use a small measuring jug or a 20 mL detailing syringe to measure the shampoo accurately before adding it to the bucket.

Measure the amount of water you actually use, rather than the bucket's total capacity.

Foam Cannon or Lance

As a starting point, add 100-200 mL of shampoo to a 1 L foam cannon bottle, then top up with water to a total volume of 1 L. Adjust the mix to suit your pressure washer's flow rate and foam cannon settings.

The pressure washer further dilutes the bottle mixture during use. The final concentration reaching the vehicle, known as the panel impact ratio (PIR), depends on your equipment's water draw and settings, so the bottle mix is not the final dilution on the paintwork.

How to Use

Two-Bucket Wash

Place the blue and black Dirt Lock inserts in their matching buckets. Use one bucket for shampoo solution and the other for clean rinse water.
Measure the water in your wash bucket, then add 15 mL of Optimum Car Wash Shampoo per 4 L of water. For 10 L of water, use approximately 37.5 mL, or up to 50 mL for a stronger mix. Measure the shampoo with a small measuring jug or detailing syringe.
Rinse the vehicle thoroughly to remove loose dirt.
Load the Maxshine Microfibre Wash Mitt with shampoo solution and wash the vehicle in sections.
Rinse the mitt in the rinse bucket between sections before returning it to the shampoo bucket. Continue until the vehicle has been washed.
Rinse away the shampoo thoroughly, then dry with the large Maxshine Vortex Microfibre Drying Towel.

Optional Foam Cannon Application

A foam cannon and pressure washer are not included in this bundle.

Add 100-200 mL of shampoo to a 1 L foam cannon bottle, then top up with water to a total volume of 1 L.
Apply the foam using your pressure washer and adjust the mix or cannon settings to suit your equipment. The pressure washer further dilutes the bottle mixture during application.
Continue with the two-bucket wash steps above, then rinse thoroughly and dry with the included towel.
