FEYNLAB® PLASTIC BLACK address the specific needs of severely faded exterior vehicle trim by incorporating black pigmentation into the PLASTIC formula. PLASTIC BLACK reformulates the original faded plastic in order to restore and protect it. Additionally, PLASTIC BLACK has a slightly glossier finish than PLASTIC.
Once Plastic Black is Fully Cured, it is recommended to top with OVERCOAT for extra protection and hydrophobics.
The application includes 1 component layer.

Unopened – 1 year. Opened – Use within 3-4 months of opening. ALWAYS keep a cap on the bottle when not in use.

Cautions:
Always wear a respirator & gloves during application. Ensure the application area is free of loose contamination.
– DO NOT USE ON GREY TRIM. The Pigmentation within Plastic Black will permanently stain non-black coloured trim
Surface Preparation:
Thoroughly clean vehicle using FEYNLAB® PURE WASH vehicle to remove all topical contamination.
Directions:
Prior to application place the vehicle in a well lit, temperature-controlled 10°C-30°C (50°F-85°F), & contamination-free environment.
Shake PLASTIC BLACK vigorously for 1 min before use.
Application Instructions:
Multiple Coats for EXTREMELY Faded Trim: Allow the application to cure for at least 12hrs (overnight) between additional coats.
Note: The amount of PLASTIC BLACK required will vary based upon the overall type of plastic and the starting condition. More oxidized faded plastics may require more product or multiple applications.
Final Inspection:
Be sure to carefully inspect all finished panels for any leftover coating residue (high spots) during the final wipe. Commonly edges, emblems, and other tight areas may contain some remaining residue. High spots are much easier to remove if caught within a 20-40 min window after the final wipe than later when the coating has set and curing has started.

Climate Notes
All FEYNLAB® Coatings are subject to different dwell and curing time windows due to humidity and temperature. In General, the higher the humidity level the quicker the coating will cure. If the humidity level approaches 80% or higher then consider lessening the recommended dwell and wipe times for the coating.
If possible apply the coating in a temperature-controlled environment 10°C-30°C (50°F-85°F), with humidity as low as possible.
Please allow extra time for delivery to regional and remote areas.

How do I submit a return request?
To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
Late or missing items (if applicable)
If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.
Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
