Shipping

General Information:

  • All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed by 12pm noon from Monday to Friday.
  • During peak and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching.
  • Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. We will update your order with tracking information, so you have up-to-date information on your parcel.

Delivery Options:

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days

Please allow extra time for delivery to regional and remote areas.

Click and Collect:

  • Place your order online and select the 'pick up' option at checkout.
  • It takes approximately 1-3 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.
  • Address: 6D, 1-3 Endeavor Road, Caringbah, NSW, 2229. (This address is for click and collect orders only.)

Free Delivery:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state. Trade accounts $250 minimum for free shipping.

The following qualifies for free shipping: 

  • NSW & ACT metro: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional, country areas and bulky items)
  • NSW & ACT outer and regional below 10kg
  • VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
  • QLD, VIC, SA, & TAS outer & regional: Total weight of the order is below5kg
  • WA outer & regional  - excluded from free shipping
  • NT - excluded from free shipping
  • NZ - excluded from free shipping 

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.

Reshipping Fees

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:

  • Incorrect Address:When an order is sent back because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying the postage fee to have it sent again.
  • Uncollected Parcels: If the courier attempts delivery and the parcel is returned due to not being collected in time, a new shipping fee will be required before we can resend it.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order comes back to us because it was damaged during delivery, we will resend it at no extra cost to you.
  • Other Shipping Problems: If the return is caused by a delivery issue outside the control of both the customer and our business, we will cover the cost of sending the order again.

*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax)
