Buy Kranzle Pressure Washers Online in Australia

Kranzle (spelled Kränzle in German) builds professional high pressure cleaners designed to be serviced rather than replaced. Every machine is built around a forged brass pump head, ceramic-coated stainless pistons and stainless steel valve seats, poppers and springs. Those aren't marketing words. They're the reason a ten-year-old Kranzle is still a repairable machine instead of landfill, and why detailers who've worn out three consumer washers buy one Kranzle and stop replacing them.

Not sure what outlet you have? A standard Australian power point is 10A. A 15A outlet has a visibly larger earth pin and is usually only found in workshops and purpose-wired garages. Amperage is listed on each product page, so check yours matches before ordering.

Kranzle D10 vs D12 Quick Connect Fittings Explained

Kranzle uses its own quick-release coupling system, and it comes in two sizes. Ordering the wrong one is comfortably the most common mistake with this brand. It's the difference between a lance that clips straight on and a lance that lives in a drawer.

Smaller

Kranzle D10

Fitted to: the K1050 series, meaning the K1050P and K1050TS.

What connects: D10 lances, the D10 variant of the genuine snow foam cannon, and the UFO 'Light' 260mm surface cleaner.

Watch out: the accessory range in D10 is smaller than D12. If you plan to expand heavily later, factor that in when choosing a machine.

More Common

Kranzle D12

Fitted to: the K1152TST QC and most larger machines, including the KHD series, Quadro, wall units and Therm.

What connects: the majority of Kranzle lances, extension lances, UFO surface cleaners, Vario-Jet and Dirtkiller nozzles and foam cannons.

Watch out: most accessories you'll see listed default to D12, so always confirm your machine actually uses it before ordering.

Quick answer: if you own a K1050, you need D10. Almost everything else in the Kranzle range is D12. Both sizes are available as variants on our Kranzle Original Quick Connect Fittings listing. Just pick the variant matching your machine.

Running an older M22-threaded Kranzle?

Older Kranzle machines thread directly onto M22 with no quick connect fitted at all. Two parts convert them:

What Actually Makes a Kranzle Different

Every pressure washer brand claims to be professional. The difference with Kranzle is in materials you can point at, and in whether the machine can be taken apart and rebuilt.

Forged Brass Pump Head

Brass valve casings rather than aluminium or plastic. Aluminium corrodes from the inside out with hard water; brass doesn't.

Ceramic-Coated Pistons

Ceramic-coated stainless pistons resist scoring and wear far longer than plain steel or plastic-bodied alternatives.

Stainless Valve Internals

Stainless seats, poppers and springs. These are the small components that usually fail first on a cheap pump.

Total Stop System (TST)

The motor shuts off when you release the trigger rather than idling. Less pump wear, less noise and less power drawn while you're not spraying.

Genuinely Serviceable

Seals, valves, pistons and gauges are replaceable parts with part numbers. A worn Kranzle gets rebuilt, not binned.

Made in Germany

Designed and manufactured in Germany, not badge-engineered. Several models in our range carry it on the listing.

Kranzle Accessories

The machine is only half the setup. These are the accessories that make the most difference to how a Kranzle actually performs day to day.

Foam Cannon

The genuine Kranzle snow foam cannon in D10 or D12 quick release. A proper foam pre-wash is the single biggest thing you can do to reduce wash-induced swirls.

Shop foam cannons

High Pressure Hose

Single and double wire replacement hoses from 10m to 20m. Longer hose means fewer trips back to the machine and less dragging it around the car.

Shop hoses

Hose Reels & Wall Kits

Keeps 20m of hose tidy, off the floor and out of the way of car doors. Essential for any fixed bay setup.

Shop hose reels

Trigger Guns & Lances

M2000 trigger guns with extension and D12 quick release, plus 500mm and 1000mm extension lances, flat jet, Vario-Jet and Dirtkiller rotary nozzles.

UFO Surface Cleaner

Two spinning jets inside an enclosed housing. Driveways, patios and concrete cleaned in even passes with no zebra striping and no overspray up the walls. 260mm through to 350mm wheeled.

Pump Oil

Genuine Kranzle pump oil. Changing it at the interval in your manual is the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy on a machine at this price.

Spare Parts

Gauges, splash guards, hand cranks, seals and service items. Parts availability is the whole reason these machines stay in service for a decade.

Water Inlet Filter

A garden hose inlet filter costs very little and stops grit reaching the pump. The cheapest part on this page and the one that prevents the most expensive damage.

5 Tips to Keep Your Kranzle Running for Years

These machines routinely last a decade or more, but only if they're looked after. None of this is difficult. It's mostly about not doing the obvious wrong things.

1

Change the pump oil on schedule

Follow the interval in your manual and use genuine Kranzle pump oil. Oil is the cheapest component in the machine and the pump is the most expensive, so the maths is not complicated.

2

Always run an inlet water filter

Grit and sediment from your water supply is abrasive and goes straight through the valves and pistons. A garden hose inlet filter is inexpensive and prevents the kind of wear you can't undo.

3

Never run the machine dry

The pump is water-lubricated. Running it without adequate water supply, even briefly, causes real damage. Turn the tap on fully first, and make sure your supply keeps up with the machine's flow rate.

4

Don't leave it pressurised or in the sun

Release the trigger pressure after use and store the machine somewhere shaded and dry. Australian heat is hard on seals and hoses, and a hose left baking on the driveway ages fast.

5

Protect it from frost, and replace worn parts early

In colder regions, drain the machine before winter storage, because freezing water expands and cracks pump components. And replace a weeping seal or damaged hose when you first notice it, rather than after it takes something else out with it. Spares are stocked.

Kranzle Pressure Washer FAQs

Is Kranzle worth the money?
If you wash regularly, yes. A Kranzle costs several times what a consumer pressure washer does, but it uses a forged brass pump head, ceramic-coated pistons and stainless valve internals, and every wear part is replaceable. The honest comparison is cost per year across a decade, not the sticker price on day one. If you only wash the car once a month, a cheaper machine is the sensible choice and we'll happily tell you so.
Which Kranzle is best for car detailing?
The K1152TST is our best seller and the model most serious enthusiasts and mobile detailers settle on. It's the balance point between home use and daily professional work. If you're washing one or two cars at home, the K1050TS or K1050P is plenty of machine and you won't feel short-changed.
What is Kranzle D10?
D10 is the smaller of Kranzle's two quick-release fitting sizes. It's fitted to the K1050 series, the K1050P and K1050TS. D10 accessories include D10 lances, the D10 version of the genuine snow foam cannon and the UFO 'Light' 260mm surface cleaner. The D10 accessory range is smaller than D12, so it's worth considering if you plan to expand later.
What is Kranzle D12?
D12 is the larger and far more common Kranzle quick-release fitting. It's used on the K1152TST QC and most bigger machines, including the KHD series, Quadro, wall units and Therm. The majority of Kranzle lances, extension lances, UFO surface cleaners, Vario-Jet and Dirtkiller nozzles and foam cannons are D12.
Which Kranzle machine is 10 Amp?
Our KHD10/122TS 10 Amp 10 L/min model is exclusive to Detailing Shed and was brought into Australia specifically to run on standard 10 amp household power. Some other models in the range are also 10A, so check the individual product listing, as amperage is stated on the machines where it applies. If you're buying for a standard home garage, this matters more than any other spec.
Which Kranzle machine is 15 Amp?
Some models, including the 15 Amp version of the KHD10/122 TST, require a dedicated 15 amp outlet. Most Australian homes do not have one. A 15A outlet has a visibly larger earth pin and is usually only found in workshops or purpose-wired garages. Always confirm your outlet before ordering, as Kranzle machines are non-returnable under our returns policy.
Can I use a foam cannon with a Kranzle?
Yes. We stock the genuine Kranzle snow foam cannon in both D10 and D12 quick release, so it clips straight onto your machine with no adaptors. If you'd rather run an MTM Hydro or other third-party cannon, you'll need the right fitting, either an M22 or 1/4" adaptor depending on the cannon. Check the fitting before ordering, or ask us.
Are Kranzle spare parts available in Australia?
Yes. We stock genuine Kranzle pump oil, spare parts, pressure gauges, high pressure hoses, trigger guns, splash guards and fittings, and ship Australia-wide. Parts availability is the main reason these machines stay in service as long as they do. A Kranzle is designed to be rebuilt rather than replaced.
How often should Kranzle pump oil be changed?
Follow the interval specified in your machine's manual, as it varies by model and by how hard the machine works. As a general principle, oil changes are the cheapest maintenance you can do on a pump that costs a significant portion of the machine's value, so err on the side of doing it sooner rather than later. Always use genuine Kranzle pump oil.
How long do Kranzle machines last?
Longer than most people expect, because they're built to be serviced. The brass pump head, ceramic-coated pistons and stainless valve internals resist the corrosion and wear that kill consumer machines, and every wear component is a replaceable part. Look after the oil, run an inlet filter, never run it dry and don't store it in the sun, and there's no reason a Kranzle shouldn't still be working in a decade.
Do you ship Kranzle Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide, with click and collect available from Caringbah, NSW. Orders placed before 12pm noon Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Larger machines may require a freight quote depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote addresses.
