Numatic — Wet, Dry & Extraction Cleaning

British-built machines for detailers who clean interiors properly. Plus the genuine bags and spare parts to keep them running.

Numatic UK at Detailing Shed

Numatic designs and manufactures its machines in the UK and is best known worldwide for the Henry vacuum. For car detailing, the model that matters is George a dry vacuum, wet vacuum and carpet extractor in a single unit. It's what we recommend when a workshop vacuum isn't cutting it any more and you need to lift staining out of carpet and cloth seats rather than just vacuum over it.

Do you need a vacuum or an extractor?

Worth being clear on the difference before you spend anything. A wet/dry vacuum removes what's already loose  dust, grit, crumbs, standing water. An extractor sprays cleaning solution into the fibres under pressure and immediately vacuums the dirty solution back out, which is how spills, pet mess and ground-in grime actually leave a carpet.

If your interiors only need a tidy-up, a good vacuum is plenty. If you're charging for interior details, doing family cars, or dealing with anything that has soaked in, you want extraction. George does both, so you're not buying twice.

In this collection

  • Machines the George GVE370, wet, dry and extraction in one 8.8kg unit, supplied as a complete kit with hoses, wands and detailing tools.
  • Dust bags genuine triple-layer HepaFlo bags, in the correct fitment for your machine.
  • Spare parts replacement hose cuffs and consumables to keep a hard-worked machine going.
Buying bags? Check your model. George and Henry take different HepaFlo dust bags and they are not interchangeable. George GVE370 uses part 604016. We stock both types, so make sure you're on the right listing.

Why detailers run Numatic

  • One machine, three jobs. Dry vacuuming, wet pick-up and extraction without buying separate equipment or finding space for it.
  • Commercial underpinnings. George is built on Numatic's Cleantec professional platform, not a consumer chassis.
  • Serviceable, not disposable. Bags, filters, hoses and cuffs are all replaceable parts you can actually buy which is why these machines stay in service for years.
  • Portable. Light enough for mobile work and small enough for a home garage corner.

Building out the rest of your interior setup? See our full range of vacuums and extractors, fabric & upholstery cleaners, carpet brushes and interior microfibre.
