P&S FROSTBITE DILUTION RATIOS

Foam Cannon: 1:10 Approx (90ml P&S frostbite) (900ml Water)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rinse the Vehicle Thoroughly: Begin by rinsing the entire vehicle to remove any loose dirt and debris.
  2. Dilute Frostbite:Mix Frostbite at a ratio of one part snow foam to ten parts water. You can adjust this ratio based on your preferred level of foaminess.
  3. Application with Foam Cannon: Use a foam cannon to apply Frostbite to the entire exterior surface of the vehicle. Make sure to cover all areas for optimal cleaning results.
  4. Complete Coverage: Ensure that the foam covers every nook and cranny of the vehicle. Complete coverage will help loosen dirt effectively.
  5. Dwell Time:Allow the foam to dwell on the surface for a few minutes. During this time, it will work to loosen dirt and grime.
  6. Contact Wash (if needed): If there are stubborn spots or heavily soiled areas, you can perform a gentle contact wash using a microfiber mitt or sponge.
  7. Thorough Rinse: Finally, rinse the vehicle thoroughly with water to remove the foam and reveal a sparkling clean finish.

Tips:How often should I wash my car?

The frequency of washing your car can vary based on several factors, including the environment you drive in, how often you drive, where you park, and the weather conditions. Here are some general guidelines:

  • Normal Conditions: Under typical circumstances, it’s recommended to wash your car every two weeks.
  • Harsh Conditions: If you live near the ocean, in areas with high pollution, or in places with lots of bird droppings and tree sap, you might need to wash it more frequently to prevent damage to your paint.
  • After Exposure to Contaminants: Immediately wash off any contaminants like road salt, bird droppings, or bugs to avoid your car clear coat damage.

General Information:

  • All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed by 12pm noon from Monday to Friday.
  • During peak and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching.
  • Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. We will update your order with tracking information, so you have up-to-date information on your parcel.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

Please allow extra time for delivery to regional and remote areas.

Pickup:

  • Place your order online and select the 'pick up' option at checkout.
  • It takes approximately 1-4 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.
  • Address: 1G, 1-3 Endeavor Road, Caringbah, NSW, 2229. (No public access to this address. This address is for scheduled pickup orders only.)

Free Delivery:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state. 

The following qualifies for free shipping:

  • NSW & ACT: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional and remote)
  • VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
  • QLD, WA & TAS regional: Total weight of the order is below 5kg

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.

*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST(Goods and services tax)

Refund Policy

Returns Policy

A few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from our website:

  • We only accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days from when the order is received otherwise it'll be returned at buyers expense.  
  • A restocking fee of 7% applies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Once the return is received, we will inspect the items in the package. Upon RMA approval, we will refund through the original payment method used to place the order.

How do I submit a return request?

To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.

    Late or missing items (if applicable)

    If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.

    Packaging and Colour Discrepancies

    Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
