Built with cutting edge technology you only get in a $700 machine, the Bigboi WASHR is fit with a Total Stop System (TSS) and will sense water flow in the pump, automatically turning off the engine and protecting the WASHR from overheating.
The Bigboi Pressure Washer comes with a Brushless Induction Aluminium pump motor so it is substantially quieter than other pressure washers on the market. With this motor comes moving parts that last 3 times longer than carbon brush electric motors. This is why our warranty is 3 years rather than the standard 1-year warranty offered by competitors. The WASHR also contains ¼ inch quick connect attachments all round and is gorgeously designed with the iconic Bigboi colour palette.
Having a true pressure reading of 2600PSI and a flow rate of 7LPM, the Bigboi WASHR is fit with a 1600W (Peak) Induction and a voltage of 240V/50HZ. Subject to your region.

Maintenance:
With the washer, Big Boi is now supporting the product with a maintenance program where the washer will need to have a service at least once a year (dependant on domestic or commercial use) to support its warranty period. There are 2 small internal parts that will need to be replaced for the product to maintain its full performance. There are many external factors, such as water quality that can cause the Washr not reach its optimal performance, which is why this service is important.
If you don’t want to or feel you are unable to, you can send it back to Big Boi , but you will be charged a shipping & service fee for them to complete the service.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

How do I submit a return request?
To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
Late or missing items (if applicable)
If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.
Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
