Koch Chemie Gentle Snow Foam GSF

Koch Chemie Gentle Snow Foam is a high foaming, pH-neutral cleaning foam with a unique cherry fragrance that can be used as a Snow Foam for pre-washing when applied using a foam gun or foam sprayer, and as a shampoo for manual car washing. Gentle Snow Foam develops an even, well-moistened foam blanket that sticks to the entire surface, thereby allowing a long application time.

Due to its pH-neutral formula, it does not corrode waxed or sealed surfaces. The Gentle Snow Foam can be enriched with the Green Star to create an active foam in order to quickly remove stubborn dirt and insects.

Directions

Snow Foam:Pour approx. 30ml Snow Foam into 950ml water and lather the vehicle using a foam sprayer.

If necessary, clean with washing mitts or similar and rinse with water.

Handwash:Pour 50 ml into 10 litres of water, clean the vehicle with washing mitts and rinse with water.

Foam Gun:Also perfectly suitable for application using a foam gun. Active foam: Pour 10-30 ml Green Star into the pre-mixed Snow Foam solution.

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state.

The following qualifies for free shipping: We select whether we use courier or Australia Post depending on address. if you would like to ship with Australia Post please select Parcel Post.

NSW & ACT: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional and remote and bulky items)
VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
QLD, WA & TAS regional: Total weight of the order is below 5kg

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
A 7% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days (minus applicable fees).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Chemicals or liquid products

Apparel
Pressure Washer Fittings

RETURNABLE ITEMS (WITH APPROVAL)

Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

MISSING DELIVERIES

If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
