Why invest in a Kranzle Pressure washer

Invest in Kranzle and your Return on investment (ROI) will start to make sense.

The Benefits Of a Kranzle Pressure Washer.

Kranzel 15 good reason

30% More Pressure1. Kranzle Pressure Cleaners offer 30% more pressure

Traditional high-pressure cleaners are ordinarily equipped with an injector for induction of detergents. In order to suck in the detergents, the water, which is under high pressure, needs to be pressed through a small nozzle pipe. This costs energy, no matter if the injector is in operation or not. The available working pressure is reduced by approx. 30 %.

Kränzle high-pressure cleaners with water tank are designed such as to allow the pump to suck up water from the water tank as well as detergents at the same time. The energy consuming injector and the simultaneous loss of efficiency and/or pressure of up to 30% is eliminated. The detergents can be sprayed without reducing the operating pressure.

No pump damage due to lack of water

Another great advantage of the water tank is that the risk of cavitations (air bubble implosions inside the pump, caused, among others, by lack of water), which is the major reason for failure in high pressure pumps, is almost eliminated.

2. All systems have a distinctly longer service life

All units are equipped with ceramic coated stainless steel pistons, which are produced in an extremely expensive manufacturing process. The advantage of the steel piston, which draws the heat from the pump head, is combined with the advantage of the hard ceramic surface, which prevents the packings from wear. This serves to considerably increase the service life of our systems.

3. All systems are ‘Dry-Run Safe’

All units are equipped with 2 teflon graphite packings per piston.
The excellent gliding properties of teflon graphite serve to reduce both the friction resistance, and the temperatures inside the system. For this reason, the systems can be operated without water for a period of up to 2 hours = Dry-run safety

4. Malfunctions due to corrosion are impossible

All units are equipped with 2 teflon graphite packings per piston.
The excellent gliding properties of teflon graphite serve to reduce both the friction resistance, and the temperatures inside the system. For this reason, the systems can be operated without water for a period of up to 2 hours = Dry-run safety

5. All pump heads are made by Kranzle in Germany from forged special brass to ensure a long service life

All Kranzle pump heads are warranted against stress failure for 10 Years!

6. Super Silent Power!

All Kranzle pressure cleaners (except the 1132 and 1152TST models) are equipped with slow running, silent and durable 4-pole electric motors running at 1400rpm. This increases the lifetime of the units, and means they can run for extended periods of time.

7. Every product is tested prior to leaving the factory

All Kranzle pressure cleaners are subject to exhaustive electronic and practical tests under field conditions. Every unit is checked for correct pressure before the washers leave the factory.

If a unit doesn’t pass the test – it will not be shipped.

8. Improvements on new Hot water units

The new Therm -1 versions include quite a number of improvements, including a new heating coil which helps increase the burner capacity up to an incredible efficiency of 93%.

This reduces fuel consumption, is environmentally friendly, and increases the achievable water temperature.

9. Hot water units Maintain temperature

In addition to the traditional mode of operation, the therm series offers the possibility to practically maintain a stable water temperature with a minimal deviation of only +/- 1°C thanks to adjustable clocking.

This type of stability is unique. Traditional modes of operation are subject to temperature deviations of up to 30°C.

10. All Hot water units have 2 motors

All hot water pressure cleaners in the Kranzle therm series are equipped with 2 motors – one motor to power the high pressure pump, and one motor for the fuel pump.

This is to prevent both fan and fuel pump from wear during cold water operation or unnecessary operation.

11. All Hot water units have 2 gauges

One gauge shows water pressure, the other shows oil pressure.

12. All hot water units have 2 independent operating hour counters

One for the pump, the other for the burner. This helps to ensure service is done at the right time.

13. Large pressure gauge

All machines are equipped with large clearly arranged glycerin damped stainless steel gauges.
Kranzle quality in every detail.

14. The extensive range of Kranzle machines

The extensive range of Kranzle machines is based on only a few types of pumps and motors. Above all, this translates into a small spare parts inventory for distributors, and a faster end user experience.

15. Almost 90% of machine components are manufactured in Germany

This enables Kranzle to ensure total quality control over their products. Kranzle, in reality, is a manufacturer – not only an assembler. Kranzle exclusively produces in Germany.
