FEYNLAB® WINDOW COATING is an ultra-durable, incredibly slick, and superhydrophobic window treatment which covalently bonds to the glass. Rather than hydrogen bonds, or even weaker Van der Waals forces of attraction bonds which wear off easily, FEYNLAB® WINDOW COATING reacts with the glass forming a physical bond with it. These covalent bonds are incredibly difficult to break, which means a very durable and long-lasting coating.

Feynlab focused on a glass coating treatment with ease of application, outstanding performance, & durability. Our glass coating system consists of two steps. Step 1 is a cleaner/polish which removes surface grime, contamination, and water spots. Step 2 is a glass coating with deep anchoring film formation technology.
The cleaner/polish step removes all contaminants on the glass, revealing “hydroxyls” which are the reactive sites within the glass that the coating anchors to when it condenses on the surface. Several minutes after installation, a ceramic-like membrane is formed, filling in the microvoids of the glass and covering the peaks with protection. While this process occurs at the nanoscale level, the beneficial change is visually evident, increasing the ability to “see-through” glass.
After the application process is complete, the glass is converted from a relatively reactive surface to one that is chemically inept, stain-resistant, hydrophobic, and oleophobic!
WINDOW COATING is only for professional use by FEYNLAB® Approved and Accredited installers. Do not attempt to apply this product without training.
Durability, Warranty & Approved Surfaces
Expected durability includes many variables such as abrasion to the surface and chemical exposure. However, expect six (6) months to a year on the windscreen and two (2) or more years on the side glass and rear window. The application process includes glass polishing and at least one layer of Feynlab® Window Coating.

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
