Heavy Duty Orbital (HDO®) pads are designed for long throw polishers
specifically, to offer a durable DA foam pad option.
The dual-layer design feature incorporates the benefits and concepts of both thick and thin pads, as well as the advantages of a tapered profile and exact fit style pads. This helps create a user-friendly experience with impressive results while offering performance benefits to the operator.
The HDO® line consists of a heavy cutting fiber pad and light cutting one step
fiber pad along with a variety of foam pads to dial in your polishing process.

Stay Cool | HDO pads block heat transfer between layers and offer the same benefits of a thin pad (maximizing the power of the polisher by reducing foam movement or “absorption”). Along with the benefits of a thin pad, the design and shape offer proper weight and weight distribution for maximum performance. |
Shape & Design | Design offers even pressure distribution like an exact fit pad, but shape/profile offers the precision and safety of a tapered pad. |

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
