Maniac Line Ceramic Shampoo

Maniac Line Ceramic Shampoo contains SiO2 technology that transforms washing your car into a complete 3 in 1 treatment: washes, seals and protects. This innovative formula not only cleans your car thoroughly but also offers long-lasting protection and unparalleled shine.

Thanks to its advanced 3 in 1 formula, this product thoroughly washes your vehicle, seals the surface and offers extended protection for up to 90 days. It is ideal for periodic maintenance, enhancing and enhancing the properties of waxes, sealants and ceramic coatings already applied.

The presence of SiO2 ceramic polymers in the Ceramic Shampoo gives the bodywork an exceptional hydrophobic capacity, facilitating the self-cleaning process and allowing the vehicle to be kept clean for longer. The treated surface not only repels water but also dirt and contamination, reducing the frequency of washing.

After application, Ceramic Shampoo leaves the surface incredibly silky and shiny, giving shine equal to a wax.

Maniac Line Ceramic Shampoo Dilution Ratios

Hand wash with bucket:1:300 (4 caps in a 8L bucket)

Foam Gun:1:3

Spray bottle: 1:5

How To Use Maniac Line Ceramic Shampoo

Hand wash with bucket:

  • Dilute 4 caps of product in 8L of water (1:300) in a bucket and use it as a normal shampoo.
  • Proceed by washing one panel at a time, always in the shade, with the vehicle wet and starting from the bottom upwards, the opposite of using a traditional shampoo. This is because Ceramic Shampoo, being a polymer, if you started from the top the pouring would risk leaving a non-uniform coverage of the surface, however starting from the bottom you will be able to guarantee uniform and effective application and coverage.
  • Work one panel at a time, distributing the product over all the components, including emblems and details;
  • We advise you to proceed by STEP, perhaps washing half the vehicle at a time: you will avoid letting the product dry on the bodywork even on the hottest days;
  • Complete the wash on the entire car and proceed to rinse and dry with the Super Dryer super absorbent microfibre cloth.

How to increase the hydrophobic and protective performances of Ceramic Shampoo?

First method

The first method is with a glove or pad also in microfibre, the same one you used for washing.

  • In a graduated bottle, dilute the product in the proportion 1:5
  • Spray the wash pad or glove and wash the entire car step by step, half the vehicle at a time, without leaving out any point, exactly as you did during the washing phase
  • Rinse and proceed with drying using microfibre drying towel

Second method

  • Pre-wash the car with "Foam Gun Prewash" and wash by hand "Neutral Foam Shampoo"
  • In a graduated bottle, dilute "Ceramic Shampoo" 1:3. Spray the entire car from bottom to top
  • Wait for 1-3 minutes
  • Rinse with high pressure starting from top to bottom
  • Rinse and proceed with drying using microfibre drying towel

It doesn't matter which technique you use, in both cases the hydrophobic effect will now be even more intense and the bodywork sealed and protected for 90 days.

The hydrophobic (beading) and protective effect will already be visible during the rinsing phase. In fact, you will see the drops of water depositing on the surface in a perfectly circular shape. This happens because they have a smaller contact angle with the protected surface and having a smaller size, they will be lighter and will slide very easily from the surface (sheeting).

Furthermore, the drops of water will incorporate the particles of surface dirt which, thanks to the protection offered by Ceramic Shampoo, do not adhere tenaciously to the surface.

Sliding quickly, they will produce a self-cleaning effect which will facilitate the subsequent maintenance wash which you can carry out, with Neutral Foam Shampoo, after a couple of weeks, based on the kilometres travelled.

Drying:

  • Use two drying microfibre towels: one dedicated to the bodywork, another dedicated to the windows, in order to leave the latter as dry as possible.
  • When drying the side of the car or the lower parts, fold the drying cloth to prevent it from touching the ground and picking up dirt that could create scratches.

FAQ

When to use it and why?

When you want to obtain an instant hydrophobic self-cleaning effect similar to the coating protection of nanoceramics, it obviously has an incomparable duration. When you want to increase the duration of the previously applied protection (waxes, sealants, coatings). When you want to obtain protection and a fast self-cleaning hydrophobic effect.

Does the product give gloss and silkiness?

Yes, it has 3 advantages: self-cleaning hydrophobic effect, silkiness and gloss, shine, deep.

Can I always use it with every wash?

No, it would be unnecessary, it is preferable to use it every 2 washes because the water-repellent protective layer applied previously is still present and would refuse and would not allow the adhesion of the second protective layer.

Should the product be used from the bottom up or like other shampoos from the top down?

It should be used from the bottom upwards because since it is a polymer, if you started from the top the pouring would risk leaving a non-uniform coverage on the surface, however starting from the bottom you can guarantee uniform and effective application and coverage.

Is it better to wash in areas or wash the whole car and then rinse?

It is best to wash in areas, especially in warmer seasons, to avoid letting the product dry on the surface.
