For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method less a 3% payment processing fee.

"I can see why Mosmatic is the best on the market, compared to Kranzle one, the trigger was ergonomical and fits right in the palm, plus the rebound from the trigger release was gentle on the write and would be good for repetitive use. The swivel on the connector was so good, it's smooth and fluid and came handy when I just wanted to aim at a certain angle. Quality is top notch, as expected from a swiss built. Yes it's expensive but it's worth it, I would like to try a MTM one to compare how that would fee but after trying Mosmatic. I don't think I need another, the quick connect is so handy, snap on, snap off."
"The swivel on this absolutely fantastic! Haven't had a hose that coils or kinks when in use. The swivel makes it extremely easy to uncoil the hose from the reel. The rest of the gun feels high quality, including the mosmatic coupler! Full disclaimer: this is replacing my ST2635 gun which has the same internals and trigger mechanism but the coupler and swivel on this makes this a no brainer!"
