Optimum No Rinse™ Wash & Shine Version 6 is a type of car wash commonly known as a rinseless car wash. It allows vehicles to be washed and cleaned without the need for rinsing with a hose or pressure washer. An entire vehicle can be washed quickly and easily with less than 2 gallons of water. Vehicles can be washed anywhere, even without access to running water, using just a bucket, Optimum Big Red Sponge or wash mitt and a microfiber drying towel. ONR is safer to use and cleans better than traditional car wash soaps. It can be used to clean all exterior and interior vehicle surfaces.

How is Optimum No Rinse™ Wash & Shine Version 6 different than other rinseless car washes?
There are two main types of rinseless car washes available, polymer based and surfactant based. ONR is a polymer based rinseless wash. It is the only rinseless wash that fully encapsulates dirt, releases it from the wash sponge or mitt and drops it to the bottom of the wash bucket. This means you are always washing with clean wash solution. Most rinseless wash products contain surfactants that suspend dirt in the wash solution leaving behind dirty wash water. ONR encapsulates dirt suspending it from vehicle surfaces and provides lubrication allowing it to be safely removed with a drying towel without the need for rinsing. The encapsulation technology prevents scratching, swirls and marring. ONR leaves no residue behind. Most surfactant based solutions leave behind residue that builds up over time and will need periodic rinsing. ONR leaves nothing behind except a thin layer of polymer protection that does not build up or need rinsing and it won’t interfere with the application of ceramic coatings, waxes or sealants.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
