Reload packs the glass-like gloss, hydrophobicity, and dirt repellency of Silica Nanotechnology in a convenient spray-on, wipe-off sealant. Originally formulated to maintain the protection and finish quality of CQuartz coatings, Reload has also proven itself as a stand-alone sealant, where it can offer up to 3 months of protection on daily drivers. Reload’s easy to use waterborne formula can be applied to all vehicle surfaces, and even on damp surfaces, making it perfect for quickly topping up your vehicle’s protection and shine.

Reload offers a slick superhydrophobic layer which repels water like no other. Coupled with its ability to repel dirt & grime this leaves a stunning, glossy and highly reflective shine. CarPro Reload is very easy to use (following our simple tips) and ideal for enthusiastic or professionals alike. Once applied Reload keeps your paint clean longer, makes washing the car easier, and allows you to dry it faster!

Directions:

Do not apply in direct sun
Apply in good ambient lighting
Shake well
Spray 2-3 sprays directly onto a microfiber towel or the paint and spread out left and right and then up and down over a 2 to 2.5 sq ft area
Work it into the paint evenly until almost flashed away
Switch to a fresh clean towel and buff the area until no residue remains
Check after each panel before moving to next

Tips:
Paint should be completely clean and free of oil, solvents, or wax before applying Reload

Additional info:

In case of uneven areas due to improper application or applying too thick, wipe off Reload with Eraser or IPA immediately and re-apply.

All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed by 12pm noon from Monday to Friday.
During peak and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching.
Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. We will update your order with tracking information, so you have up-to-date information on your parcel.

Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

Pickup:

Place your order online and select the 'pick up' option at checkout.
It takes approximately 1-4 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.

Free Delivery:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state.

The following qualifies for free shipping:

NSW & ACT: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional and remote)
VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
QLD, WA & TAS regional: Total weight of the order is below 5kg

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Refund Policy

Returns Policy

A few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from our website:

We only accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days from when the order is received otherwise it'll be returned at buyers expense.
A restocking fee of 7% applies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the return is received, we will inspect the items in the package. Upon RMA approval, we will refund through the original payment method used to place the order.

How do I submit a return request?

To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.

Late or missing items (if applicable)

If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.

Packaging and Colour Discrepancies

Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
