As more countries enforce stringent water restrictions, it’s becoming more difficult to properly wash your vehicle. In some countries, it’s even illegal to wash your vehicle the traditional way. Optimum No Rinse Wash & Wax eliminates the hose and run-off that occurs from rinsing a soapy car. Plus, if you live in an area with cold temperatures or where snow fall occurs, Optimum No Rinse Wash & Wax enables you to wash your vehicle inside your garage.

Optimum No Rinse Wash & Wax is water-soluble, biodegradable, and meets all water usage laws established by the federal Clean Water Act and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Directions:
Tech tip: It’s best to start washing at the top of the vehicle and work your way down. This way, you avoid cleaning the same panel twice due to product run-off. As your wash towel becomes heavily soiled, switch to a new one. If the vehicle is excessively dirty (think winter time), it’s best to spray the panel with a waterless wash first to help loosen any dirt.

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.

"Followed the dilution instructions and it worked really well. I didn't think I would get the results I did working on such a dirty car but I was really pleased. Just sprayed some product on each panel to loosen the dirt up prior to getting through with the ONR soaked rags."
