For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

For orders shipped to New Zealand, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending back:

Due to the high cost of international freight, we are unable to cover these return shipping costs.

Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method less a 3% payment processing fee.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, eligible items may still be returned under our Change of Mind Returns policy.

As a result, the product you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. This alone does not constitute a fault provided the correct product has been supplied.
Discount codes must be applied during checkout.
Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively and we cannot refund the difference after an order has been placed.

"These are great for the bumper and windscreen when you just need a little more aggressive scrub than your wash pad or mitt."

"When I purchased this, I was worried about any abrasiveness but the surface is quite the opposite. The material is contoured enough to grab any remains left after a standard bug treatment. You don't really scrub, more try to gently wipe off and the best news is... I couldn't see any resulting scratches. Used with commonsense and dried each time after use, this will last forever."

"Great for bugs I spray some bug spray on let it dwell. Then use this with some soap for lubrication gently agitate the bugs spray off and all gone. Was using a Bowden's towel before this and this is way better."

"These dual sided cloths are nice and soft on one side and smoothly harder working on the other side. They are about very large hand size, making them a breeze to use. Any abrasiveness is provided by the cleaner applied to the cloth. I personally use these with Jiff for cleaning the shower. Even that combination has not damaged the superior plastic surface of our shower base and walls. They are actually good value as they last a very long time."
