Instructions for Optimal Vehicle Cleaning

Preparation:

Ensure the vehicle is cool and out of direct sunlight.
Pre-wash using a TOUCH-LESS cleaner to remove dirt and contaminants from the paintwork.
If additional cleaning is needed, use AUTO-WASH concentrated shampoo with a noodle wash mitt.

Application Methods for TOUCH-ON:

1. Pressure Washer:

Add 30ml of TOUCH-ON to the washer or lance reservoir.
Fill up to 300ml with clean, cool water.
Shake well and apply under pressure to the entire vehicle.
Immediately rinse using the pressure washer.
Dry the vehicle with a microfibre cloth or use an air blower.

2. Bucket:

Pour 30-60ml of TOUCH-ON into a bucket.
Fill with 10 litres of warm water (preferably from a fast-running tap) and mix well.
Apply using a noodle wash mitt, sponge, or similar tool.
Rinse with clean water.
Dry with a microfibre cloth. Note: This is not a high-foaming wash.

3. Trigger Spray:

Add 30ml of TOUCH-ON to a trigger bottle.
Top up to 1 litre with demineralised or deionised water.
Shake well.
Apply liberally, panel by panel.
Thoroughly rinse with a pressure washer or hose.
Dry with a microfibre towel or air blower.

Important: Do not allow the car to air dry to prevent water spotting.

Pickup:

Place your order online and select the 'pick up' option at checkout.
It takes approximately 1-4 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.

Free Delivery:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state.

The following qualifies for free shipping:

NSW & ACT: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional and remote)
VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
QLD, WA & TAS regional: Total weight of the order is below 5kg

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.

*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Returns Policy

A few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from our website:

We only accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days from when the order is received otherwise it'll be returned at buyers expense.
A restocking fee of 7% applies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the return is received, we will inspect the items in the package. Upon RMA approval, we will refund through the original payment method used to place the order.

How do I submit a return request?

To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.

Late or missing items (if applicable)

If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.

Packaging and Colour Discrepancies

Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
