The Rag Company’s Ultra Clay Towel takes decontamination of your vehicles paintwork to the next level. The synthetic polymer detailing clay surface makes the process of claying your car quicker, easier, safer and more enjoyable. This towel will also last many times longer than traditional clay, as it can be rinsed between uses to remove any contaminants present on the clay surface. Also, unlike traditional clay bars, if the towel drops on the ground, you can thoroughly rinse any grit or grime from the towel and continue to safely use it on your car’s paintwork.
The Ultra Clay Towel is safe to use on all types of paint and all colours and it will allow you to quickly and easily complete the total wash process.
This claying process with the new Clay Cloth will ensure your paintwork is smooth and rid of any environmental contamination, such as industrial fallout, brake dust, iron dust, overspray, pollen, and bug remnants, thus allowing for the ultimate performance of your wax, sealant or coating.
Prior to initial use rub the Ultra Clay Towel on glass using a clay lubricant. Inspect the surface of the Ultra Clay Towel before and during use. To clean the clay surface, spray clay surface with lubricant and wipe gently with your hand. Thoroughly rinse the towel between uses to remove any contaminants remaining on the surface. After repeated use, or if too much contamination is still present after washing, discard and use a new Ultra Clay Towel.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

How do I submit a return request?
To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
Late or missing items (if applicable)
If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.
Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
