Is TOTAL - Wheel & Tire Cleaner suitable for all wheel finishes?
Yes, it's safe for any factory or aftermarket wheel finish. This includes painted, clear-coated, powder-coated, chrome, nickel and aluminum finishes.

Can this product be used on ceramic coated wheels?
Yes, Total Wheel and Tire cleaner is safe and effective on ceramic coated wheels.
Will this product remove old tire dressings/ coatings?
Yes. This product is intended to deeply clean and cleanse rubber and wheel surfaces— With that being said, the existing dressings (both silicone and water-based emulsions) will be removed once agitated with a Tire Brush.
Does this product remove iron/ turn purple?
No, this product’s active ingredients are higher pH and non-acidic. The active ingredient in Wheel Cleaner, Sodium Thioglycolate, activates with ferrous metals and turns brake dust purple.

Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
