For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed. "THE GTECHNIQ AP3 DUAL LAYERED SOFT-FOAM APPLICATOR 5 ( PACK ) they’re absolutely gorgeous to use and when you’re applying polish onto your car ( wax , sealants ect ) you always reach for the microfibre polishing pads but the soft foam applicator’s are a real surprise, unlike the microfibre polishing pads the GTECHNIQ AP3 DUAL LAYERED SOFT-FOAM APPLICATORS are not greedy in absorbing your polish or any other product you may be using them for , they’re extremely soft and they spread the polish , wax ect evenly and your polishing pad isn’t drowned in your expensive product , I bought the 5 pack as it’s more economical to buy them that way , also they’re also washable so I highly recommend this I always have a cold water filled bucket with rag to riches microfibre washing detergent so I pop all of my polishing pads, microfibre cloths into my awaiting bucket full of the microfibre detergent and when I’ve finished I wring them out and pop them into the washing machine, with the pads I pour a little extra rags to riches microfibre detergent onto the polishing pad to ensure I’ve removed the product I used off as best I can before I wash them , but once washed they come up like new, I dry my polishing pads on a T - TOWEL so it can dry flat on a chair or on the clothes drying rack that the rest of my microfibre cloths are drying on , so you’ve been told to only use microfibre polishing pads but this new technology and these foam polishing pads are far better less greedy in absorbing your products and I highly recommend this product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you so much detailing shed for stocking this awesome product."
