EXTREMELY VERSATILE & CONCENTRATED ALL PURPOSE CLEANER

Labocosmetica DUCTILE is an All Purpose Cleaner that is a versatile and extremely concentrated detergent with strong cleaning action. It can be effectively used on all types of surfaces, for both interior and exterior parts of the car.

The product has been certified by Alcantara for the removal of stubborn stains like drinks or organic residue that are hard to remove, without discolouring the fabric. Its innovative cationic surfactants leave the fabric soft and pleasant to the touch, which is unusual for an APC.

For deep and delicate cleaning of plastic parts, we recommend using a brush for creating an easy to work with foam and new car-like finish. Thanks to its ""Odour Block"" technology, it neutralises unwanted and bad odours in the interior of your car, such as the smell of cigarettes, leaving a long-lasting clean and fresh scent.

Thanks to its balanced foam, it is also ideal for use with vacuum or steam cleaners. Due to the versatility of its formula, it can also be safely and effectively used on all kind of fabrics, even the most delicate ones, in order to eliminate stubborn stains like those of oil and grease.

All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed by 12pm noon from Monday to Friday.
During peak and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching.
Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. We will update your order with tracking information, so you have up-to-date information on your parcel.

It takes approximately 1-4 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.

Free Delivery:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state.

The following qualifies for free shipping:

NSW & ACT: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional and remote)
VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
QLD, WA & TAS regional: Total weight of the order is below 5kg

*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Refund Policy

Returns Policy

A few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from our website:

We only accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days from when the order is received otherwise it'll be returned at buyers expense.
A restocking fee of 7% applies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the return is received, we will inspect the items in the package. Upon RMA approval, we will refund through the original payment method used to place the order.

How do I submit a return request?

To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.

Late or missing items (if applicable)

If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.

Packaging and Colour Discrepancies

Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
