LUBRICATION FOR CLAYING, PPF/WRAP & TINT

Labocosmetica LUBRIFICA is an innovative formula that creates a non-stick, lubricated cushion that minimises friction allowing a clay bar to safely slide over the surface, preventing scratches or swirls, maintaining maximum efficiency and lubrication even with extremely abrasive clay bars, clay mitts or clay blocks.

Thanks to LUBRIFICA's strong lubrication properties, it is also ideal for sanding or polishing. It can also be used for priming the pad, before and during polishing to make working times longer; and ease working with highly abrasive compounds.

Labocosmetica LUBRIFICA leaves no residue or streaks, making it ideal for cleaning the surface after polishing. It does not require rinsing and does not contain silanes that could interfere with the polishing cycle and application of protective films.

LUBRIFICA is also ideal for the application of PPF & Wraps, its formula makes the application of paint protection films easier and does not alter the colour. Additionally it works for the installation of window tint (glass films).

How to use Labocosmetica LUBRIFICA

Claying

  • Spray directly onto the surface to be clayed
  • Spray during the claying phase to ensure that the surface is well lubricated
  • Rinse the car after the claying process is finished

If a clay bar falls onto the ground, it must be disposed of. Do not apply pressure when passing the clay over the lubricated area. Avoid using the clay bar in direct sunlight. This can make the lubricant dry out too quickly.

PPF/Wrap/Window Tint

  • Spray to both the surface and the adhesive film

Shipping

General Information:

  • All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed by 12pm noon from Monday to Friday.
  • During peak and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching.
  • Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. We will update your order with tracking information, so you have up-to-date information on your parcel.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

Please allow extra time for delivery to regional and remote areas.

Pickup:

  • Place your order online and select the 'pick up' option at checkout.
  • It takes approximately 1-4 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.
  • Address: 1G, 1-3 Endeavor Road, Caringbah, NSW, 2229. (No public access to this address. This address is for scheduled pickup orders only.)

Free Delivery:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state. 

The following qualifies for free shipping:

  • NSW & ACT: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional and remote)
  • VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
  • QLD, WA & TAS regional: Total weight of the order is below 5kg

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.

*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST(Goods and services tax)

Refund Policy

Returns Policy

A few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from our website:

  • We only accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days from when the order is received otherwise it'll be returned at buyers expense.  
  • A restocking fee of 7% applies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Once the return is received, we will inspect the items in the package. Upon RMA approval, we will refund through the original payment method used to place the order.

How do I submit a return request?

To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.

    Late or missing items (if applicable)

    If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.

    Packaging and Colour Discrepancies

    Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
