PH NEUTRAL HIGH FOAMING MAINTENANCE SNOW FOAM

Labocosmetica NEVE is a miracle of chemistry: a mild, neutral snow foam with similar power to an alkaline one! The pH-neutral Snow Foam consists of a mixture of easily biodegradable surfactants without phosphates and is formulated in such a way that it adheres to the surface for a long time, cleans thoroughly and gently and effectively removes dirt and road contamination of all kinds.

NEVE is safe on any surface, even the most delicate trims and metal mouldings. Thanks to the significant presence in its formula of bonding agents of calcium carbonates, NEVE is able to maintain high performance even in hard water, decreasing the risk of leaving residues in the drying stage.

Labocosmetica NEVE can be used even in the sun due to its mild formulation and is gentle on previously applied waxes or sealants.

Labocosmetica NEVE Dilution Ratios

Foam Cannon:

  • Maintenance wash: 1:25 to 1:50  (40ml:960 Water) 0r (20ml Product to 980 Water)
  • Medium dirty vehicles: 1:10 (90ml:910mlwater)
  • Very dirty vehicles: 1:5  (166ml:835Water)

Hand Sprayer or Pump Sprayer: 1:20 

How to use Labocosmetica NEVE

  • Dispense NEVE from bottom to top
  • Leave on for 5 minutes until the foam dissolves, so it can perform the cleaning action
  • Rinse starting from the bottom upwards
  • In cases of more stubborn dirt it is advisable to use NEVE in spray bottle so as to have more speed in the cleaning phase

Shipping

General Information:

  • All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed by 12pm noon from Monday to Friday.
  • During peak and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching.
  • Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. We will update your order with tracking information, so you have up-to-date information on your parcel.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

Please allow extra time for delivery to regional and remote areas.

Pickup:

  • Place your order online and select the 'pick up' option at checkout.
  • It takes approximately 1-4 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.
  • Address: 1G, 1-3 Endeavor Road, Caringbah, NSW, 2229. (No public access to this address. This address is for scheduled pickup orders only.)

Free Delivery:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state. 

The following qualifies for free shipping:

  • NSW & ACT: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional and remote)
  • VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
  • QLD, WA & TAS regional: Total weight of the order is below 5kg

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.

*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST(Goods and services tax)

Refund Policy

Returns Policy

A few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from our website:

  • We only accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days from when the order is received otherwise it'll be returned at buyers expense.  
  • A restocking fee of 7% applies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Once the return is received, we will inspect the items in the package. Upon RMA approval, we will refund through the original payment method used to place the order.

How do I submit a return request?

To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.

    Late or missing items (if applicable)

    If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.

    Packaging and Colour Discrepancies

    Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
