The following qualifies for free shipping:
For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax)
At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed. Please ensure any promotional codes are entered correctly before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues applying a code, feel free to contact us before finalising your order.

"The Maxshine -soft UFO foam applicator’s are the duck’s nut’s in your applicator’s of applying wax’s , sealants, cutting compounds and just about anything else you may need help from these universal little fellas, they're ergonomically kind on your hands in the shape of the design of the applicator, you can use it for ages with out any hand strain you may get from inferior applicator’s , you pay and get what you’ve done, I highly suggest using these little rippers as you can use the rag company microfibre cloth detergent too clean out any of the product that you may have been using on it , I don’t recommend putting them in the washing machine as things may get miss - shaped and your beautiful MAXISHINE - soft UFO foam applicator may not be the same shape , I pour a small amount in a already wet applicator that I’ve used them I put them in between my hands and pump up and down until it gets nice a foamy I rinse it in cold water and repeat until visually all the product has been removed, never use hot water as it will definitely do odd things to it and it also sets the very product you’re trying to get out , if it’s a large amount of product that you used I would soak it in a bucket of cold water with the rag company microfibre cloth wash and in the morning do as I suggested above, one all the product has been removed dry out of the sun on a flat surface and store in a container that no Microparticles can settle and next time you use it you definitely will get micro scratches on your paint but if stored correctly you won’t have a issue, but the even application of any product that you’re applying onto your car is sublime no scratches, no swirl marks that you may think a foam applicator may do but wrong it’s absolutely gorgeous to use and the results are gorgeous, thank you so very much to the detailing shed for stocking this awesome product"
