For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed. "The size of the eaglets are perfect for so many things. I love them for interior stuff. Usually one eaglet is enough for whatever I am doing like applying something or taking off some excess. Much easier to manage than a larger towel folded over that keeps grabbing and unfolding itself etc"

"I actually prefer these to a regular size MF cloth. As Cassandra mentioned, they fit in all the nooks and crannies that a larger folded cloth might not. These, and the "MAXSHINE 180GSM Reusable Detailing Microfiber Towels with Dispenser Box of 20" are now my go-to cloths for all over the cars (as a weekend warrior), other than tyres/wheels/drying. These Eaglets are the perfect size to fit into hand whilst applying e.g. spray sealant / wax / ceramic (my technique -- just make sure you bathe them in warm water before throwing in the washing machine, and always use a mesh laundry bag so your cloths are protected during washing -- Sabco @ Bunnings make a padded bag that has treated my Eaglets very well over the last year). I run a 15 yr old little "hot hatch" to the snow approx 35-40 times a season (not for work, just for fun on my days off), and because my car is tiny, and on some days i would want to bring two boards, i run a suction mount roof rack. During the day in the parking lot, the roof can accumulate quite a bit of dust. A rich solution of water+car wash in a spray bottle, plus one of these little Eaglets to one-direction wipe my roof before mounting my suction roof racks, and i still don't have any marring / swirls around where i mount the suction cups, after a season and a half (yes there are imperfections commensurate with it being a 15 year old car, but suffice it to say that the Eaglet is soft, plush, and effective -- across a number of applications). If you are skeptical about spending $3.90 per cloth for a small cloth, don't be -- i got these on a whim, glad i did. They absolutely rock! Not to mention no more flapping about all over the place, and yet you still get a high quality plush cloth!"

"THE RAG COMPANY- THE EAGLET 500 Ultra Plush Microfibre Towel , are the most sensible little yes little microfibre cloth that the RAG COMPANY sells , they’ve put a lot of thought into this little microfibre cloth, as if your applying a polish onto your rims you’ve got the correct microfibre cloth for the job , it’s small enough with out it touching the ground and you don’t have a mile of microfibre cloth to keep off the ground , they’re extremely soft and fluffy, and you won’t get swirl marks from any of THE RAG COMPANY microfibre cloths , you can use them for your door jams , under and around your petrol lid and paint around the cap by using some Beadmaker on your microfibre cloth, you can even use them in small tight area’s inside of your car and you don’t have a extra 30cm of microfibre cloth to worry about getting in the way , they’re a very awesome all rounder for your nooks and crannies on your car , as I suggest with all of my microfibre cloths is too wash them before you use them , and when you have used them have a beautiful bucket of cold water with THE RAG COMPANY Microfibre concentrate detergent awaiting for you to immerse them into the water before you’ve done your job and pop them into the washing machine using some more microfibre detergent concentrate, try these little fellas as they’re extremely handy for small jobs due too their size ."
