What additional equipment do I need to use the Active wall mount?
This kit is optimised for use with the Active 2.0 and 2.3 pressure washer and accessories, but can be used to store any pressure washer with M22-14mm outlets. If you have an M22-15mm pressure washer, you will need to source a separate jumper hose. Any accessory terminating in a ¼" male plug (foam cannon, lance, nozzle) can be stored in the accessory mounts.
Can this kit be used with non-Active branded pressure washers?
Yes! Although optimised for the Active 2.0 and 2.3, this kit works with any pressure washer on the market. The included jumper hose terminates in an M22-14mm fitting. For M22-15mm pressure washers, you will need to purchase a separate M22-15mm jumper hose.
Can the Active wall mount and hose reel be used with the Active VE52/VE56?
Yes, it can be used, but you will need to purchase a separate M22-15mm to 3/8" adapter for the hose to be compatible with the M22-15mm outlet of the VE52/56.
What is the warranty policy and do I need to register my Active Premium Accessory Bundle?
This hose reel and wall mount combo comes with a 2-year warranty and does require warranty registration. Ensure you have your proof of purchase, store name, and order ID ready for warranty support.
What do I do if my Active Hose Reel and Wall Mount is not working as intended?
Start by reading your product manual for troubleshooting guidance. Active will soon be providing video resources on product maintenance, upkeep and troubleshooting. If troubleshooting fails, please email support@activeproducts.com for agent support.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed.
