P&S PEARL AUTO SHAMPOO

Pearl Auto Shampoo Concentrate is a key component of the Double Black Renny Doyle signature range of P & S products. It is an environmentally friendly, pH balanced,100% biodegradable and safe to use premium car wash detergent for all washing applications. It is easy on the finish of vehicles and easy on your hands.

Pearl Wash Auto Shampoo Concentrate is formulated to the highest quality environmental standards and provides good foam stability and lubricity.

Pearl Wash Auto Shampoo Concentrate may be applied via a traditional hand wash application or be foamed through an application device such as a foamer or pressure washer. It is highly economical and highly effective when used through a foam cannon which provides for unsurpassed foam coverage.

For best results, use the Rag Company Cyclone Bone Sponge or Cyclone Wash Mitt to wash down the vehicle surface after the application of Pearl.

Pearl may be used by hand or be proportioned through a dilution device (Pressure washer)

(30ml) to (2 Cap fulls) to 3.8L water
(80ml) to 10L of water

Directions

Apply 60ml of P&S PEARL Auto Shampoo into a bucket with 8 liters of clean water. We recommend using a two bucket washing method with Grit Guards. If you only have a single bucket use Multiple Wash Mitts to wash your car.
Pre-rinse the vehicle with a strong stream of water to dislodge and remove any dirt and debris from the surface. Try to wash the vehicle out of direct sunlight. If this can not be avoided, try to keep the panels as cool as possible, using water to bring down the temperature before washing, washing and rinsing one panel or area at a time. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
Using a suitable washing mitt, begin to wash the vehicle from the top down, rinsing the mitt frequently in clean water or rinse bucket, apply P&S BeadMaker to the vehicle for protection and crazy gloss levels.

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state. Trade accounts $250 minimum for free shipping.

NSW & ACT metro: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional, country areas and bulky items)
NSW & ACT outer and regional below 10kg
VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 10kg

WA outer & regional - excluded from free shipping
NT - excluded from free shipping

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.

Reshipping Fees

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:

Incorrect Address:When an order is sent back because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying the postage fee to have it sent again.
Uncollected Parcels: If the courier attempts delivery and the parcel is returned due to not being collected in time, a new shipping fee will be required before we can resend it.
Damaged in Transit: If your order comes back to us because it was damaged during delivery, we will resend it at no extra cost to you.
Other Shipping Problems: If the return is caused by a delivery issue outside the control of both the customer and our business, we will cover the cost of sending the order again.

*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns for a store credit on unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will initiate the store credit (minus applicable fees).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:

RETURNABLE ITEMS (WITH APPROVAL)

Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.

EXCHANGES

Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

MISSING DELIVERIES

If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
