The DS Clay Mitt Ultimate is a high quality Mitt.
It is the second generation of Clay Mitts on the market.
The DS Clay Mitt Ultimate is rubberised mesh coating that is attached to one side of the mitt to remove gloss hindering contaminants to give you the best finish possible.
With little to no effort tree sap, over-spray, tar, stubborn road grime, dirt, industrial fall-out, and so much more will be removed from your paint to fully prep your finish.
The DS Clay Mitt Ultimate does not need to be re-kneaded, like traditional clay bars, and can be used again after dropping on the ground.

Decontaminating your car is an essential step to having the gloss you’ve always wanted.
Contaminants caused by everyday occurrences (tree sap, rail-dust), actually become embedded in your paint, hindering the gloss. This also prevents your polishes, sealants, Coatings and waxes from properly bonding with the paint, reducing their effectiveness.
Traditionally, we’ve always used clay bars to remove those contaminants, but it’s proved to be a bit of a mess.
You’re always having to re-knead the clay so you can have a clean section, and if you drop the bar, forget it; you’ll have to toss it and buy another. Plus, you can use the DS Clay Mitt Ultimate as part of a wash with a high-lubricity shampoo, or you can use it on its own with a quick detailer acting as a lubricant.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

How do I submit a return request?
To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
Late or missing items (if applicable)
If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.
Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
