The Active 20° Bent Detailing Lance is our standard extension wand built to industry spec for use with the Active Premium Swivel Gun. Developed in direct response to feedback from our detailing community, this lance combines proven engineering with Active's signature design aesthetic giving you a tool that performs as good as it looks.
Whether you're blasting soap suds off a rocker panel or reaching deep into a wheel arch, the 20° bend puts the water exactly where you need it, reducing wrist fatigue and giving you confident control over every panel.
The construction of the Active lance is full 304 stainless steel with integrated quick connects, featuring a standard ¼" male inlet and ¼" female outlet. The nylon plastic casing elevates the design of the tool and provides easier maneuvering when washing hard-to-reach areas. The total length of the lance is 52 cm (20.5 inches).
Rated for a maximum of 5,000 PSI operating pressure and 12 GPM of flow at a peak operating temperature of 100°C (212°F), the Active 20° Bent Detailing Lance delivers a broad operating range suitable for any residential or commercial electric and gas-powered pressure washer.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed. Please ensure any promotional codes are entered correctly before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues applying a code, feel free to contact us before finalising your order.
