Developed by Optimum Polymer Technologies CEO and chemist Dr. David Ghodoussi, ONR changed the way vehicles are washed and detailed by making the process faster, easier, safer, and far more water-efficient.

Optimum No Rinse™ Wash & Shine Version 6 is a polymer-based rinseless car wash designed to clean vehicle surfaces without traditional rinsing.
Simply add ONR to a bucket of water, wash one section at a time with the Optimum Big Red Sponge, a wash mitt, or microfiber towel, then dry with a clean microfiber towel.
ONR can be used on exterior and interior surfaces, including paint, ceramic coatings, PPF, matte finishes, glass, plastic, vinyl, leather, carpet, fabric, window tint, infotainment screens, and more.
Most traditional car washes rely heavily on soaps or surfactants. These products create foam and suspend dirt in the wash water, but they often require rinsing and may leave residue behind.
ONR works differently.
ONR uses substantive polymer technology to help release dirt from the surface, encapsulate contamination, and provide lubrication so it can be safely wiped away. The formula is designed to leave the surface clean, slick, and glossy without the need for rinsing.
Unlike soap-based washes, ONR does not leave behind residue that can build up over time. It leaves a thin layer of polymer protection that does not interfere with ceramic coatings, waxes, sealants, or PPF.
ONR has been continually refined for over 20 years. Version 6 takes the washing experience to the next level with improved slickness and gloss.

Yes. ONR is designed to wash vehicles without a hose, pressure washer, or traditional rinse step.
Yes. “No Rinse” means no final hose rinse is needed. After washing each section, dry it promptly with a clean, absorbent microfiber towel for a clean, streak-free finish.
Yes. ONR can be diluted according to the label directions for use as a pre-spray to help loosen dirt and provide additional lubrication before washing.
No. When used as directed, ONR cleans without the soap residue associated with many traditional car washes.

Yes. ONR is highly effective for normal road film, routine maintenance washing, and even extremely dirty vehicles. For heavy mud, caked-on dirt, or excessive contamination, remove the bulk of the debris first with a pre-rinse. In most cases, ONR can be used without pre-rinsing or pre-treatment.
Yes. ONR is safe for interior surfaces including leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric, carpet, glass, window tint, infotainment screens, and instrument clusters.
ONR Wash & Shine has a Mulberry scent, often described as berry or blueberry-like.
The blue color in diluted ONR comes from dye, which can gradually fade during storage. Heat, sunlight, air exposure, and contamination introduced into the bottle can accelerate this normal color change.
Fading dye does not indicate that ONR is spent or no longer effective. A change in color alone is not a reason to discard a diluted bottle. Discard the solution if it is visibly dirty, develops an off odor, or shows visible mold growth.
A bucket of diluted ONR can be used to wash multiple vehicles. Do not reuse wash solution once it is visibly dirty or contaminated from washing a vehicle. If the solution remains clean, it may be saved for future use.
Yes. Dilute ONR according to the label directions for use as a clay lubricant.
Yes. Wash in the shade when possible, but ONR is well suited for washing without a hose, including in challenging conditions such as direct sunlight. Avoid washing excessively hot panels whenever possible, work one section at a time, and dry promptly for best results.
No. ONR is designed to work with normal tap water. Distilled or deionized water is not required.

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

"When still using the original ONR, the difference between the original and V6 is quite evident. Much more lubrication and cleaning process and drying is much easier, leaving a clean smooth surface that your hand glides along. Have yet to try in my steam iron station which I would add a small amount of the original ONR into once every fortnight."
