Because nowadays there are only neutral products on the market that can only soften dirt but not dissolve it. PRELUDIO Alkaline was born from the need to dissolve the most stubborn organic dirt that neutral products cannot effectively treat. PRELUDIO Acidic, on the other hand, tackles inorganic dirt of mineral origin, such as limestone residues, which requires a specific acidic pH for effective removal.

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
