Why ONR is Different
Most rinseless washes use surfactants that suspend dirt in the wash solution, leaving behind dirty water and residue that builds up over time. ONR uses a polymer-based formula that fully encapsulates dirt, releases it from your wash mitt, and drops it to the bottom of the bucket. You are always washing with clean solution. ONR leaves nothing behind except a thin layer of polymer protection that does not build up and will not interfere with ceramic coatings, waxes, sealants, or PPF.
Directions
Add 1 oz (30ml) to 2 gallons (7.5L) of water in a bucket
Soak your wash mitt or Big Red Sponge and wash one section at a time
Dry each section with a microfibre drying towel
If the surface dries before wiping, simply wash again and dry
Note: Excessively dirty surfaces may require a second wash before drying.

Using Sponge with ONR in a bucket
1. Add 30mls to 7L of water in a bucket.
2. Soak Optimum Big Red Sponge in the bucket and wash one section at a time until the area is clean.
3. Dry each section with Optimum drying towel.
4. If surface dries before wiping clean, just wash again and dry.
Note: Excessively dirty surfaces may require a second wash before drying.
Using Microfibre towels with ONR in a bucket
Add 30ml of Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine to 7 litres of water in a bucket.
Soak 4 to 6 plush Microfibre towel into the bucket with the ONR solution.
Grab 1 x wet plush Microfibre towel, fold into 4 - start washing one section at a time, fold to a new section of the towel. once all the 8x sides of the towel have been used. Grab a new towel from the bucket.
with a drying towel: Make sure you dry each panel at a time.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship toPO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
Reshipping Fees
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
Incorrect Address:When an order is sent back because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying the postage fee to have it sent again.
Uncollected Parcels: If Australia Post attempts delivery of the parcel it will be taken to the Post office to collect for 2-3 weeks, if it is returned due to not being collected in time, a return to sender fee of $13 will be charged, and a new shipping fee will be required if you would like us to resend it. If you choose not to resend it, we can only offer a store credit.
Damaged in Transit: If your order comes back to us because it was damaged during delivery, we will resend it at no extra cost to you.
Other Shipping Problems: If the return is caused by a delivery issue outside the control of both the customer and our business, we will cover the cost of sending the order again.
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We only accept returns for a store credit on unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will initiate the store credit (minus applicable fees).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
EXCHANGES
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
MISSING DELIVERIES
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.

Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
