For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed. "I found the cutting process followed by application of the repellent reasonably difficult compared to other products I have used. (Instructions followed to the letter). The durability of this product may be a lot better. It certainly repels water at least as well as the others (so far. 4 weeks from application). ."
"Used this for the new shower glass in my renovation: so far so good (4 weeks in); it was easy to apply, but admittedly the glass was brand new, so required very little prep. Repels water perfectly, and leaves no marks or streaks. Directions say to reapply every 3-4 months, so I’ll follow that recommendation."

"Bought both the glass cleaner and repellent as a package. Easy to apply both products and there was a noticeable water beading improvement when it rained 2 days after applying. I have treated 3 windscreens and still plenty of product remaining. Will see how long the treatment lasts for but on first use seems like a good product."
"GTECHNIQ G5G4 MAX , REPELLENT GLASS KIT BUNDLE, as we Sydney sider’s our entire summer has been a wet one great for detailer’s as our work load has gone through the roof , but it’s the windscreen wiper blades that have left their trail of damage on your customers car’s glass as well as mine , picking up the road spray contain’s Microparticles of grit , dirt and other nasties and thus why we have our windshield’s with shadowing of the wiper blades, this is the solution for this exact problem, it’s better to apply it using a beautiful detailing machine but as I’m saving up for my one it has to be done by hand ( 🥵 ) but the results are excellent and the wind wiper shadowing has been erased from your wind shield , I use 1 MAXSHINE - SOFT UFO FOAM APPLICATOR too apply the GTECHNIQ NANOTEC GLASS POLISH, only apply in small sections at a time and the polish is recommended to be left on the glass for 10 - 15 mins also the glass needs too be cool to the touch and out of the sun , then using a microfibre cloth wipe off the polish turning the microfibre cloth frequently, then continue with the rest of the wind screen with the polish. When completed, this is when I use the 2nd part too this beautiful product, after you’ve polished the windscreen you can not see a wiper blade shadow at all , then again in sections I can only reach half a windscreen at any one time as sadly my legs are not too long ( lol ) I spray the Water repellent coating onto a low pile microfibre cloth as spraying onto the microfibre cloth it stops ( if you may have a breeze ) drifting onto your paint or your other side of the windscreen that you aren’t working on , I do 2 applications on both sides and using a cross hatch application ensures that your screen will be definitely coated , don’t allow the windscreen to be allowed to be wet or rained on while it’s curing, it takes 2 hours but I do just for added security as I do 2 coats of the final glass repellent, but it’s the final finish you get is tickty boo, the wiper blade shadows have totally been erased and you’ve got a window that looks brand new , once opened write on the bottles the date you opened it as it has a shelf life for 12 months , but it won’t be a problem with detailer’s that do a lot of jobs you won’t have a issue with the expiration date, it may seem a small amount of product but you don’t need a gallon you can get quite a lot of cars done and it’s works out extremely economical if this is the reason why it’s holding you back from buying it , and the beading when you’re driving in wet weather is amazing, the water rolls up your screen and you don’t even need to use your wipers but if you do the wiper blades just glide across your windscreen with no squeaking, shuttering noises and you don’t have wiper blade shadows on your screen , this is a awesome product and I applaud detailing shed for stock such a awesome product"
