Optimum Touchless Decon Wash is an extremely powerful and versatile touch free car wash and heavy duty decontamination soap. It combines several essential auto detailing functions into one extra strength formula. It serves as a touch free car wash, a foaming pre-wash, and a heavy duty decontamination wash. It makes the perfect choice for touch free car washing and heavy duty decontamination.
For regular car wash maintenance, use it as a spray on, rinse off touch free car wash to remove light dust and dirt between periodic contact washes. Add it to your regular car wash routine as an extra strong foaming pre-wash. Use it for heavy duty decontamination, ceramic coating or polishing preperation washing with the Optimum Big Red Sponge, towel, or wash mitt.
Optimum Touchless Decon Wash is safe for use on all vehicle surfaces, including ceramic-coated vehicles. It is a highly concentrated, pH-neutral car wash detergent. Its powerful formula effectively breaks down tough dirt, grime, traffic film and contamination. It ensures a thorough clean without damaging your vehicle's finish.
It is Ideal for preparing surfaces for polishing and paint correction or the application of ceramic coatings. This product is suitable for a variety of vehicle types. It is safe for use on paint, plastic, glass, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), and vinyl wraps.
When used touch free for routine maintenance washing, it won't remove waxes or paint sealants. When used for a contact wash it will remove most waxes and paint sealants from the vehicle surfaces. It will not remove or damage ceramic coatings.
Touchless Wash:
Touchless washing is intended for routine washing of vehicles with light dirt and dust. Vehicles with road film, grime, or contamination will require a contact wash for full removal.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed. Please ensure any promotional codes are entered correctly before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues applying a code, feel free to contact us before finalising your order.
