The use of active cleaning foam is like a spa for the car. Foam has a longer lifespan than ordinary washing agents, so its effectiveness is much higher and thus perfect for auto detailing and cleaning.
Thanks to the ease of use of our Axel™ foamers with foaming soap (see Luxury Microfiber Foam) that does not require a specific precise dilution mix to work effectively like many other foamers on the market, you will actually look forward to applying foam to your car. You get 3 different foam inserts that produce foam in different densities that you can use in an infinite number of applications.
It is easy enough to simply change the insert to – from a liquid foam, excellent for cavities penetration – get the foam dense and compacted so firmly that it keeps on almost vertical surfaces. Given it is long-lasting even on vertical surfaces, it is ideal for washing aluminium rims.
The axel sprayer is intended for application of alkaline and neutral foam-making liquids. It is used in chemical industries, workshops, car washes and detailing companies as well as in households. NOTE!!! It is forbidden to use hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, agents containing solvents, oil derivatives, dense and viscous substances and any liquid having a temperature of over 40oC.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed. Please ensure any promotional codes are entered correctly before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues applying a code, feel free to contact us before finalising your order.
