Optional step if required: Polishing to remove minor swirls using Sonax Perfect finish one-step Polish. 

Optional: Clay Vehicle if required. Only if the W6 IRON FALLOUT REMOVER & DECONTAMINANT has not removed all contaminants.

Make sure you have good-quality lighting. See the Scangrip Led Lights if required here

Directions:

1. Wash with GTECHNIQ G-Wash or any other shampoo ( Avoid any shampoo with gloss enhancers or Wax)
2. Wipe down panels with a Microfibre drying Towel
3. Spray GTECHNIQ W6 IRON FALLOUT REMOVER & DECONTAMINANT directly onto the surface and allow to dwell for 5 minutes. During this time, any ferrous particles will dissolve, forming a purple colour on the paint.
4. Do not allow the product to dry on the car. Hose the product off the car. Reapply a second time if required.
5. After the car has been successfully decontaminated through the GTECHNIQ W6 IRON AND GENERAL FALLOUT REMOVER
6. Wash the car again with GTECHNIQ G-Wash or any other shampoo to get rid of all impurities off the surface.
7. Perform hand or machine polishing (if needed) if the surface has no swirls. Skip this step if not required.
8. After the decontamination process is completed and any polishing stages have been completed. move  to the next step.
9. Wipe the car down with GTECHNIQ PW PANEL WIPE COATING PREP. (Using the GTECHNIQ MF1 Microfibre Buff Cloth included in bundle
10. Next step is to apply the CSL Coating

Apply the GTECHNIQ CSL 5year Coating:

Follow the instructions below

1. Wear gloves provided
2. Soak the applicator AP2 pad with several drops of product
3. Replace the lid on the bottle and set it to one side - do not hold CSL bottle in hand while coating your car this may promote premature curing
4. Spread product on a small panel, or ½ a large panel, at a time
5. Remove residue immediately with GTECHNIQ MF1 Microfibre Buff Cloth Microfibre Buff Cloth provided.
6. You will need to buff the same area a second times to remove residue left over, so use at least a second GTECHNIQ MF1 Microfibre Buff Cloth Microfibre Buff Cloth provided.
7. Make sure you rotate the cloths quickly so that the CSL Coating does not cure on the panel (this can make residue harder to remove)
8. If you miss removing residue and it cures fully, you should re polish the area and re-apply CSL Coating
9. As soon as you finish put your microfibres in water, wash them as soon as you can to prevent the product from crystallising and making them unusable. Do not re-use the MF cloths on your car paint ever as it will scratch the surface.  Mark cloth as a dirty job cloth for non-painted surfaces.  
10. Leave your vehicle indoors for 12 hours before exposing it to the elements
11. After you apply CSL Coating,EXOv5 can be applied 1 hour after CSL is applied, starting the process at the same place you did with CSL.

Apply the GTECHNIQ EXOv5 ULTRA:

Follow the instructions below

1. Ensure that your vehicle is out of direct sunlight but warmer than 10 degrees Celsius, is completely dry and will stay dry for at least 12 hours after application.
2. Shake EXOV5 bottle well and wear gloves
3. Prime theAP2 ApplicatorUltra Soft Foam Filled Applicator evenly with a good amount of product so that the pad is damp.
4. Apply the product with AP2 applicator provided in overlapping strokes to a small panel or half a large panel.
5. Wait 1 to 2 minutes after applying to a panel and buff with an MF1, followed by a second MF1 to remove any smearing, leaving the surface slick. Just a single layer of product is required.
6. Allow the coating to cure for at least 12 hours before getting car wet..
7. After application, we recommend that you do not wash the car for at least a one week
8. For the coating Store in a cool, dry place, Use within 3 months of opening

Note: Avoid direct application to plastic trims, rubbers and hard plastics such as headlights and taillights.
