D-IONIZR2
The D-IONIZR2 has a 3-stage filter set up. The first filter is a composite carbon filter which is designed to remove the hardness levels of your water. This also adds an extreme benefit to the D-IONIZR filter as the water flowing through it will be much cleaner and prolonging the life span of your cartridges. We have seen a 20% increase of your DI cartridge with this set up.
The 2nd & 3rd filters are deionized resin that will filter the water to 0PPM (parts per million). With a built-in digital TDS meter that will read the incoming and outgoing levels give the user all the information needed. The newly developed bypass valve allow the user to simply choose if they want to use the filter system for the complete wash cycle or just during the final rinse cycle to prolong the cartridges life span. You may choose to use the system during a complete wash cycle to see better foaming and a superior wash with deionized water. The choice is yours, at the turn of a valve.
PERFORMANCE:
One deionizer cartridge can comfortably filter up to 1200 litres of water, depending on your water's hardness level (ideally 100 TDS or lower). If you're using it with our carbon filter, you’ll get an extra 20% efficiency, giving you around 1440 litres of filtered water.
What does that mean for you? If you are using the system just for your rinse cycle, it can handle between 160 and 192 washes before needing replacement. Keep in mind that the quality of your water (how hard it is) will affect how many washes you can get from each cartridge, so results may vary.

WHAT’S NEW IN MKII MODELS:
The new MKII units now include an internal filter guide to help position the filters correctly inside the canisters. This prevents misalignment during installation, which can lead to inaccurate TDS readings or reduced filter efficiency. Every MKII unit is now thoroughly pressure tested to ensure there are no leaks or weaknesses in the manufacturing joints, giving you even more reliability straight out of the box.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
