The Buff and Shine EdgeGuard Black Final Finishing Pad is a soft density foam providing minimal cut. The EdgeGuard Black Final Finishing Pad is designed for very light imperfections and the final polishing or jeweling step. The EdgeGuard Black Final Finishing Pad also performs well with soft paints that can mar or haze easily.
Buff and Shine EdgeGuard Pads are designed with both safety and functionality in mind. As the name implies, a key feature is the recessed backing plate and raised edge. This allows the backing plate to sit down inside the pad to reduce the risk of accidental damage from the backing plate. It also provides a way for the user to work within tight, intricate panels without worry. The design and shape of the EdgeGuard series was developed to improve handling and allow for uniform pressure during the polishing process. Not only does this improve user experience, it also produces better quality results on a wide range of paint types.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

How do I submit a return request?
To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
Late or missing items (if applicable)
If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.
Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
