GYEON Towel Wash ensures the absorbency, softness, and dust attracting properties of your microfiber stay intact after each wash.
High quality microfibers are precious accessories for every detailer. That’s why taking good care of them is very important. Q²M TowelWash is a gentle washing liquid for cleaning microfiber towels without affecting their performance. Q²M TowelWash may also be used as a gentle wash for natural wool wash mitts during a hand wash. It helps remove dirt and any contamination build up, thoroughly cleaning the fibres.
We care about our planet and its future. As microfibers are often washed in the same washing machine as your clothes, we made Q²M Towel Wash totally bio-degradable and safe for the environment. Not only are there no fragrance or colour additives inside, there are no harmful effects on the ecosystem.
The amount of product used depends on the hardness of water supplied in your area. If you have water purification system, use as little as 10ml per wash!
TIP: Use Q²M TowelWash to clean your polishing pads, even these made of wool. It will help remove polishing paste even during a hand wash.
Hand Wash: Use approximately 30 ml in 5 liters of warm water during hand washing of wool wash mitts.
For Washing Machine: For full loads add 50m

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

How do I submit a return request?
To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
Late or missing items (if applicable)
If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.
Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
