Labocosmetica PRELUDIO Alkaline is an innovative alkaline pre-treatment solution specifically designed for waterless car washing. This powerful solution effectively dissolve organic contaminants such as road dirt, insect remains and exhaust gas residues.
Prelude Alkaline penetrates deep into the dirt and safely lifts it from the surface, making the cleaning process much easier and reducing the risk of swirls. This formula is particularly effective in preparing the bodywork for a waterless wash, allowing a safe and thorough cleaning without water.
Labocosmetica Preludio Alkaline is a versatile cleaner that offers a remarkable dirt-dissolving capacity that a pH neutral product cannot provide, without compromising the safety of the most delicate surfaces on cars, motorcycles, bicycles and airplanes.
Dirt from the rims:Preludio Alkaline effectively removes stubborn dirt from the rims and brake dust produced during daily use of the car.
Insects and Exhaust Fumes:Its advanced formula dissolves and eliminates insect residues and deposits left by exhaust fumes, which can adhere to the surface of the vehicle.
Traffic film:eliminates the patina caused by city smog which, if stratified, can dull the car’s paint.
PPF (Paint Protection Film): Gently removes the opaque film that can form on transparent protective films (PPF) without damaging them.
White Cars:Eliminates the problem of yellowing and opaqueness that frequently affects white cars, restoring their original shine.

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state. Trade accounts $250 minimum for free shipping.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

At The Detailing Shed, we’re committed to supplying premium-grade car care products. Due to the nature of many of our items, particularly chemicals, our return policy has recently been updated. Please review the following carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
Due to safety and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following items:
Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed. Please ensure any promotional codes are entered correctly before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues applying a code, feel free to contact us before finalising your order.
