SEMPER is completely safe on previously applied wax, ceramic or nano-coatings and sealing treatments: it may be used without removing the underlying wax layers, even the most delicate, such as the carnauba-based ones and is ""Easy To Rinse"" with a spray nozzle. Its special features assure it may be used with excellent results, also with a foam gun
Labocosmetica SEMPER does not contain any waxes or brightness enhancers and does not cause streaks. Its lather has been developed to dissolve the dirt on the cars surface, encapsulate it and keep it in suspension, removing it safely yet gently. Its high foaming properties, with remarkable lubrication, create a ""foam pillow"" that allows SEMPER to wash the car with no risk of the dirt damaging the body.
SEMPER has extreme performance even at high dilutions (up to 1:1500) and is usable with medium hard water. For harder waters, it is recommended to increase the concentration or use SATINO shampoo to facilitate drying and reduce limescale residues.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

How do I submit a return request?
To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
Late or missing items (if applicable)
If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.
Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
