For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method less a 3% payment processing fee.

"The Lake Country glass polishing pad works extremely well to remove wiper marks and random scratches from glass. Polishing glass takes a lot of time and patience and it's good to have a pad that can handle the long work time. I'll definitely be used the Lake Country glass polishing pad again in the future."
"Sensational glass polishing pads. This will have a dual purpose to clean the hard water stains on shower glass and then to remove a heavy buildup of haze on the inside of my Ranger Wildtrak windscreen. I did the tougher of the 2 jobs first - Shower glass ! I used both pads on years buildup of hard water stains on shower glass using Meguiars Glass Polish. with a DA Orbital Rotary (9mm orbit). Yes, it took 10 passes before the glass was "as brand new" without any trace of hard water stains. I then finished off with 4 passes using a Lake Country black finishing pad with Menzerna 3800 (yes, 3800). Wife and family cannot believe how clean the shower glass is now - just like new. These pads will certainly not have any issue at all with the haze on the inside of the windscreen"
