Maniac Line Foam Gun Prewash cleans and protects all external surfaces. Eliminates smog, road dirt, bugs, organic plant or bird residues. Excellent economy thanks to high dilution ratios. It can be used frequently because it respects previously applied protectants, including nanotechnology-based or ceramic coatings.
PREWASH is the fundamental step that makes all the difference: it will in fact remove up to 80% of the coarse dirt present on the bodywork, without mechanical action, therefore without touching it.
Dirt particles firmly anchored to the bodywork, if you do not carry out a correct pre-wash, during the contact wash the wash mitt will be at risk of creating micro scratches ("swirls") or worse deep scratches.
Only after having carried out a correct prewash can you proceed with manual washing in total safety.

Following the correct washing procedure, we start with cleaning rims and tires and their decontamination.
Foam Gun (Summer): 1:10 for a final output of 1:100
Foam Gun (Winter): 1:5 for a final output of 1:50
Pump Foamer (Summer): 1:100
Pump Foamer (Winter): 1:50
It is recommended to use the product with a foam gun, but it is also excellent for pre-washing using a manual pump foamer.
Foam Gun:
Using a high-pressure foam gun, in winter dilute the product with a ratio of 1:5, for a final-output dilution ratio of around 1:50.
Using a high-pressure foam gun, in summer dilute with a ratio of 1:10, a final-output dilution ratio of around 1:100.
Spray a thick layer of foam on the vehicle and wait for it to run off (this may take up to 5 minutes).
Rinse the vehicle from top to bottom.
Pump Foamer:
Winter dirt 1:50 (2 caps of the product in 1 litre of water).
Summer dirt 1:100 (1 cap of the product in 1 litre of water).
Spray the product on the vehicle and wait 1 minute without letting the product dry on the bodywork, then rinse.
Rinse the vehicle from top to bottom.
Can I use the product even without a foam gun?
Yes, you can use the product with a manual pump foamer. In this case, dilute as follows:
We recommend that you apply the product always from the bottom up, working on half the car at a time ensuring that the foam is never allowed to dry on the surface.
Can I clean it without a pressure washer?
Yes, although you won't achieve the same results. You will however, get the emollient action that helps soften the dirt, making it easier to remove later.
Can I apply the product directly onto the dirty surface or do I have to completely wet the car first?
Our advice is to wet the car first to cool the surface, especially in the summer season and to remove dust and coarse dirt, thereby increasing the safety of use.
Once the product has been applied to the surface, can I work with a brush or sponge?
No, because in this stage you are going to detach the coarse dirt from the surface, even strongly anchored dirt. Let the product work and take advantage of its chemical action. After you have rinsed it off, you can then proceed with the thorough washing of the car using a sponge, mitt and brushes for the most difficult areas and features such as emblems or grids.
What are the key steps before proceeding with the prewash of the car?
We always recommend that you start washing from the wheels and tyres with "Wheel & Tyre Cleaner" and remove any iron contaminants with "Iron Remover"
After the prewash, what can I use for the hand wash with the mitt?
For a maintenance wash, use the Neutral Foam Shampoo. For dark or wrapped cars, use "Black & Wrap Shampoo". Use "Ceramic Shampoo" to add a ceramic action to your wash and thereby achieve greater protection and a water repellent effect.

How do I submit a return request?
To set up a return, please email info@detailingshed.com.au first for approval. You must provide your order number and the items you want to return. After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an authorisation number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
Late or missing items (if applicable)
If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item. We will notify you by email once you have been refunded.
Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Product packaging received may differ from the images displayed online and could be updated or have variations. Slight differences in colour may exist between the images advertised online and the physical product. In some instances, manufacturers may change the original colour of the product. We maintain the discretion to decline refund requests arising from variations in colour of the product and packaging.
