SPS SURFACE PREP is designed to clean various surfaces on a vehicle. It can function as a final inspection spray to prepare a surface before applying a protective coating, paint sealant, or wax to ensure a strong bond to all surfaces.
Our formula utilizes a blend of solvents and surfactants that effectively remove polishing residue, oils, fingerprints, dust, and other contaminants. SPS Surface Prep is safe to use on exterior paint, plastic, vinyl, matte finishes, and paint protection films.
We do not recommend using this on a coated surface as it can degrade the hydrophobic properties or damage the coating.
This variant of the product is offered in a 473ml spray bottle for ease of application.
This product is intended for use on cool surfaces that are not in direct sunlight. Spray an even amount of SPS Surface Prep onto the surface, and use a clean microfiber towel to wipe off the remaining residue.
Turn over the microfiber to the dry side for a final wipe. Be sure to wipe adjacent areas to ensure no transfer occurs in the surrounding areas. A repeat mist and wipe process may be required to remove all oils and contaminants.
Test the product on an inconspicuous area before use. Store in a cool and dry place. Store above -10°C. Avoid exposure to sunlight/heat. Keep closed after use. Keep away from children. Stop use if skin irritation occurs and seek medical advice.
Due to its SDS, this product must be shipped via ground. Depending on the selected options, shipping surcharges and longer delivery times may apply.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.
If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Unused and unopened accessories such as brushes, pads, and towels may be eligible for return, pending approval by our customer service team. Email us at info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and photos of the item(s) to request approval.
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect product and need to get something else, send it back under the returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order if it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can still return the items in line with our Returns Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Send an email to info@detailingshed.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.
If you're returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
If an item hasn’t arrived, please allow 7–15 business days after Australia Post or the courier begins their investigation. We’ll notify you once your case is resolved and any refund or replacement is processed.
Please note: Product packaging or colours may vary from online images due to manufacturer updates. Refunds will not be issued for these variations unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an existing order. We are unable to apply discount codes or refund the difference once an order is processed.
