Step 1. Wash and decontaminate. Wash the vehicle first. Working on a clean, cool panel out of direct sunlight, spray ARMOUR IRON Remover onto the surface and let it react for 3 to 5 minutes as it changes colour. Keep it wet with mists of water so it never dries, then rinse thoroughly with a strong stream of water. Follow with a clay bar or clay mitt (not included) if embedded contamination remains.
Step 2. Panel wipe. Spray ARMOUR Panel Prep evenly over the surface and let it dwell for 15 to 30 seconds to dissolve oils. Wipe with a Maxshine cloth until clear, then do a final wipe with a fresh cloth. Repeat until all oils and residue are removed. If you did not polish the paint, panel prep twice.
Step 3. Apply the coating. Prime the applicator with 3 lines of ARMOUR PRO; each later application needs only a small amount. Work one section at a time in an X pattern, box in the edges, then level with small overlapping circles. Allow roughly 30 seconds for the coating to flash, looking for small sweat beads or a light haze.
Step 4. Level in two stages. With a first Maxshine cloth, level the coating 90% or more using smooth circular motions. Switch to a fresh cloth for final levelling in straight lines, and check each panel for streaks or high spots. Rotate to a fresh cloth side every panel.
Step 5. Cure. Allow a minimum of 4 hours for the initial cure, after which the vehicle can be driven and get wet. Do not wash or expose to chemicals for 24 hours.
Pro tip: For maximum gloss, slickness and a sacrificial top layer, apply ARMOUR PHOBIC on top of PRO after 1 to 2 hours. ARMOUR AMPLIFY can be applied after 4 hours to protect the coating during its initial cure.

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:
*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.
*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.
*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method less a 3% payment processing fee.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, eligible items may still be returned under our Change of Mind Returns policy.

As a result, the product you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. This alone does not constitute a fault provided the correct product has been supplied.
