Directions

Setup

Fill the Wash bucket (labelled Wash) with clean water and add Shampoo+. Fill the Rinse bucket (labelled Rinse) with clean water only. Fit the Dirt Lock grit guard into the base of the Rinse bucket.

Dilution - Shampoo+

Bucket wash: 30-60mL per 15L bucket
Foam cannon: 30-90mL per litre of water in the cannon bottle - adjust to foam preference

Without a Foam Cannon

Rinse the vehicle fully to remove loose dirt
Load the Ultra Wash Mitt from the Wash bucket
Wash one panel at a time using straight lines and light pressure
After each panel, dunk and agitate the mitt against the grit guard in the Rinse bucket, then reload from the Wash bucket
Rinse the vehicle from top to bottom
Dry with the Gauntlet Drying Towel, working in overlapping sections from the roof down

With a Foam Cannon

Rinse the vehicle fully to remove loose dirt
Apply foam generously over the entire vehicle with the cannon
Allow to dwell 2-3 minutes to emulsify and encapsulate dirt - do not let it dry on the paint
Rinse the foam off
Perform the two-bucket wash as above (steps 2-4 from the non-cannon method)
Rinse the vehicle from top to bottom
Dry with the Gauntlet Drying Towel, working in overlapping sections from the roof down

Notes

The grit guard stays in the Rinse bucket only - never the Wash bucket
Always wash top to bottom, panel by panel
Fold the drying towel into quarters and refold to a fresh side as it becomes saturated

All orders are dispatched on the same day if placed by 12pm noon from Monday to Friday.
During peak and sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching.
Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. We will update your order with tracking information, so you have up-to-date information on your parcel.

Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days
Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days

Please allow extra time for delivery to regional and remote areas.

Click and Collect:

Place your order online and select the 'pick up' option at checkout.
It takes approximately 1-3 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.

Free Delivery:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 excluding remote areas and certain weight restrictions apply for free shipping in each state. Trade accounts $250 minimum for free shipping.

The following qualifies for free shipping:

NSW & ACT metro: Total weight of the order is below 21kg (excluding regional, country areas and bulky items)
NSW & ACT outer and regional below 10kg
VIC, QLD, SA: Total weight of the order is below 10kg
QLD, VIC, SA, outer & regional: Total weight of the order is below 5kg
WA metro: Total weight of the order is below 5kg
WA outer & regional - excluded from free shipping
TAS Total weight of the order below 5kg
NT - excluded from free shipping
NZ - excluded from free shipping

For orders with free shipping, we determine whether to use a courier service or Australia Post based on the address. If you prefer your order to be shipped via Australia Post, please select the "Parcel Post" option at checkout.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers with free shipping.

Reshipping Fees

If your parcel is returned to us, the following conditions outline when additional shipping costs may apply:

Incorrect Address: When an order is sent back because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying the postage fee to have it sent again.
Uncollected Parcels: If Australia Post attempts delivery of the parcel it will be taken to the Post office to collect for 2-3 weeks, if it is returned due to not being collected in time, a return to sender fee of $13 will be charged, and a new shipping fee will be required if you would like us to resend it. If you choose not to resend it, we can only offer a store credit.
Damaged in Transit: If your order comes back to us because it was damaged during delivery, we will resend it at no extra cost to you.
Other Shipping Problems: If the return is caused by a delivery issue outside the control of both the customer and our business, we will cover the cost of sending the order again.

*We will not be held responsible for delays or late delivery of Australia Post or courier services.

*If a parcel does not arrive as anticipated, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post or couriers to complete process of tracking and locating as in most cases it turns up after 3-7 days of expected delivery. We cannot refund or send another item until this process is completed.

*We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

*Items that are over 21kg may require to pay extra freight costs if in regional or remote areas - we will contact you if this is the case.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major or minor failure, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. The terms below primarily apply to change-of-mind purchases and circumstances not covered by consumer guarantees.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept approved change-of-mind returns subject to the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused and in original condition.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Store credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
A 10% restocking fee applies.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Due to safety, hygiene, freight and manufacturer restrictions, the following products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Chemicals and liquid products
Ceramic coatings
Apparel
Pressure washer fittings
Polishers, buffers and polishing machines
All Kranzle products
All BigBoi products
All Chicago Pneumatic compressors
All Mytee machines and extractors
All Numatic machines and vacuums

These products cannot be returned for change of mind unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Products That May Be Eligible

With prior approval, we may accept returns on unused and unopened items such as:

Brushes
Towels
Pads
Accessories

Product Not Working as Expected?

If you believe a product isn't performing correctly, please contact us before returning it.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Photos or videos where possible

In some cases, we may ask you to return the product for inspection.

If a Fault Is Confirmed

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Approved return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed where applicable.
No restocking fees apply.

If No Fault Is Found

If testing shows the product is operating as intended, the matter may be treated as a change-of-mind return and the standard conditions above may apply.

Products excluded from change-of-mind returns remain ineligible for return where no fault is found.

New Zealand Orders

For orders shipped to New Zealand, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending back:

Pressure washers
Polishers
Buffers

This applies to inspections, repairs and warranty-related claims.

Due to the high cost of international freight, we are unable to cover these return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you've ordered the wrong item, you're welcome to return eligible products under this policy and place a new order for the correct item.

If you're unsure which product is right for you, our team is happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method less a 3% payment processing fee.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, eligible items may still be returned under our Change of Mind Returns policy.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

We'll work with you to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel appears to be missing, we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Please allow 7-15 business days for the investigation to be completed before a resolution can be finalised.

Product Images & Packaging

Manufacturers occasionally update packaging, labels and colours without notice.

As a result, the product you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. This alone does not constitute a fault provided the correct product has been supplied.
