Kranzle V2 Wall Mount Pressure Washer Package: Customisation Guide
Build the perfect wall mounted pressure washer setup for car detailing in Australia. Choose your Kranzle KHD model, hose length, lance brand, foam cannon and water filtration — fully customised to your bay.
This guide helps you understand all the options on our Kranzle V2 product page so you can make the right choice for your space. When you go to Kranzle Pressure Washer Wall Package V2, you'll see dropdown selectors for model, hose length, lance package and add-ons. This guide explains exactly what each choice means and which combinations work best for home vs professional use. Read through, then head to the product page and configure your setup.
I run Kranzle V2 wall mount packages at both home and work — and they're configured differently because the jobs are different. At work here in the Detailing Shed, I've got the KHD10/122 (10 amp) with Mosmatic precision gun, 23m MTM KobraJet hose, and water filtration because water spots undo the work I do. At home in the garage, I've got the KHD10/122 (15 amp) with a 30m hose because I need the extra power to clean the driveway, patio and windows — the longer hose gets me to all corners of the property. This guide shows you exactly how I'd spec them, and why. If your situation matches either setup, you've got a real-world blueprint. If it's different, call me and we'll figure out what actually makes sense for your space.
We also stock the KHD7/122 — a quieter 7 litres-per-minute machine with a low-revving motor. Perfect if you have neighbours nearby or you're just doing light car washing.

Kranzle KHD7/122 vs KHD10/122: which model is right for you?
I use the KHD10 (10 amp) at work — that's where the speed matters. At home I run the 15 amp version for the extra power when cleaning driveway and outdoor areas. Here's the real breakdown.
| Feature | Kranzle KHD7/122 (10A) | Kranzle KHD10/122 (10A) |
|---|---|---|
| Water flow | 7L per minute | 10L per minute |
| Motor RPM | 1400 RPM | 2800 RPM |
| Noise level | Very quiet | Quiet |
| Power requirement | 10A standard outlet | 10A standard outlet (15A on request) |
| Best for | Everyday detailing, small to medium spaces | Busy detailing shops, large vehicles, faster workflow |
| Warranty | 5 years (10 years on brass pump head) | 5 years (10 years on brass pump head) |
| Made in | Germany | Germany |
Why the flow rate matters more than pressure
Both Kranzle KHD units produce similar working pressure, so the real difference is water flow — measured in litres per minute. Higher flow means you shift dirt and rinse foam faster, because more water is moving across the panel at once. The KHD10/122's 10L/min throughput noticeably speeds up rinsing on large panels, 4x4s and vans, which adds up over a busy day in a detailing studio. The KHD7/122's 7L/min is more than enough for cars, bikes and everyday home detailing, and its lower 1400 RPM motor runs noticeably quieter.
Why Kranzle uses a brass pump head
A properly built pressure washer has three things: a brass pump head, a slow-revving 4-pole electric motor, and continuously adjustable pressure. Kranzle's German-made brass pump head is the reason these units last for years rather than seasons — brass dissipates heat and resists wear far better than plastic or aluminium heads found in budget machines. It's also why the pump head carries a 10-year warranty. Many of our customers tried two or three cheaper brands first, then came back to Kranzle once they realised the higher upfront cost buys a machine that simply doesn't wear out.
Our recommendation
Kranzle KHD7/122
The quieter choice for home garages and enthusiasts washing one to a few vehicles. You get plenty of power for cars and SUVs, it runs off any standard 10A outlet, and your neighbours won't hate you at 7am on a Saturday.
Kranzle KHD10/122
The faster choice for professional detailers, busy studios and anyone washing large vehicles all day. Higher flow means you rinse quicker and keep your workflow moving. We run it here at Detailing Shed, and the 15A option is available on request if you've got the power available.
Choosing the right pressure washer hose length
Both my setups use 23m at work and 30m at home. At work it's the sweet spot between reach and manageability. At home, the extra length lets me reach the whole driveway, patio and fence line. Here's how to pick for your situation.
| Hose length | Best for | My take |
|---|---|---|
| 15m | Small garages, compact bays | Go-to if you're tight on space. Tidy and manageable. Enough for most cars if you're washing one at a time. |
| 23m | Most detailers — my choice at work | Perfect reach without being a hassle to manage. I use this on the work setup every day. It's the sweet spot for most professional and home installations. |
| 30m | Large studios, long driveways, commercial work | I run this at home for driveway and patio cleaning. More to coil and uncoil, but you get maximum freedom. Worth it if you're washing beyond your bay. |
MTM Hydro vs Mosmatic: comparing lance, gun and foam cannon packages
This is where personal preference matters. All three options include the same MTM Hydro PF22.3 foam cannon — that's non-negotiable, it's the best. But the gun is what you're holding for 8 hours a day, so it matters how it feels. I use Mosmatic on my main bay because the trigger action is smooth and the quick-connects click in perfectly.
| Feature | MTM Hydro | MTM Acqualine | Mosmatic |
|---|---|---|---|
| Build quality | Strong and reliable | Strong and reliable | Premium Swiss engineering |
| Ergonomics | Very ergonomic | Very ergonomic | Very ergonomic, smoothest action |
| Foam cannon | MTM PF22.3 | MTM PF22.3 | MTM PF22.3 |
| Price level | $$ | $$$ | $$$$ |
| Best for | Value and reliability | Premium feel at mid-tier price | Top-tier studios wanting the best |
| Made in | Italy | Italy | Switzerland |
What you're actually paying for
All three options include the same excellent MTM Hydro PF22.3 foam cannon, so the difference comes down to the gun and lance. The step up in tiers buys you smoother trigger action and more precise quick-connect fittings. Mosmatic, made in Switzerland, has the most refined quick-connects on the market — they click in cleanly and the gun action is buttery smooth, which matters when you're squeezing a trigger hundreds of times a day. MTM Acqualine sits in the middle: an Italian-made premium feel without the Mosmatic price. Standard MTM is the value pick and is genuinely reliable — most home detailers are perfectly happy here.
A stainless steel lance with a bend is worth considering whichever tier you choose. The bend lets you reach the roof of a car or van without standing on a ladder, and gives better control when angling the spray.
Work setup vs home setup
At the Detailing Shed, I've got the KHD10, Mosmatic, 23m hose, and full filtration — that's where precision matters. At home, I've got the 15 amp version with a 30m hose because I need the extra power and reach for the driveway, patio and windows. Your situation might sit somewhere in between, or be completely different. The point is: call me and we'll figure out what actually makes sense for your space and how you work.
Water filtration: essential at work, choice at home
At work, water filtration is non-negotiable — we're in a hard-water area and water spots mess with the finish you've worked on. At home, I still run it because once you've got it on one setup, stepping back is annoying. If you're serious about finish quality, it saves you time.
When water filtration is essential
Add a water filtration system to your Kranzle wall mount package if you:
- Live or work in a hard-water area (most of Australia)
- Want spot-free final rinses without towel-drying
- Run a professional detailing studio where finish quality matters
- Wash dark-coloured vehicles that show water spots clearly
System options
- Triple system v2 — extended capacity for high-volume professional use
De-ionising resin strips dissolved minerals out of the water, so when it dries there's nothing left behind to form a spot. The carbon stage handles chlorine and odour. Resin is consumable — it exhausts over time and needs replacing. Harder water exhausts it faster, which is the main reason high-volume studios step up to the triple system for longer service intervals. If you're only washing the occasional car at home in a soft-water area, you may not need filtration — we're happy to tell you honestly either way.
Hose reel and stainless steel shelf options
The Coxreels hose reel (100ft/30m capacity) and stainless steel mounting shelf are standard inclusions, but both can be customised to suit your wall colour, layout or aesthetic.
Coxreels hose reel (included)
The included Coxreels reel holds up to 30m of 3/8" pressure washer hose. Alternative colours are available on request — speak to us about current stock options.
Stainless steel shelf (included)
Our custom-made 300mm × 600mm shelf is 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel and designed specifically to mount the Kranzle unit. You'll also need a few U-type C-clamps to secure it. Larger custom sizes (e.g. 60cm × 35.5cm) are available — just ask.
Backsplash (optional upgrade)
Add a stainless steel or composite panel backsplash to protect the wall behind the unit and tidy up the installation. Popular choices include the Bellessi stainless steel splashback or a 3mm composite panel in white or black aluminium — both available from Bunnings.
